it's possible to password protect pages using iisprotect which many servers run. I guess a query could be posted on the Web Site thread. I know Brian is either a person or the person who installs the boards. It would be a matter of a page being created and specifically protected. There are all sorts...

oh sorry, RRM, I had read that post (I am addicted to reading old posts, once I sit down I can't stop) but I was asking specifically about "unrefined", I guess I couldn't find a reference to that

I agree Nick, I can see how my whole attitude toward food has been shifting and I have been having "issues" like upset stomach etc. just because I had so many bad symptons from years of food abuse...yet in spite of this I am thinking about eating from a different perspective. I got a scale today so ...

some dried fruits not good?

I came across a post talking about not eating dried fruit that had been heat processed. I can't find any other comments on this. Is this true and how the heck can you tell? I don't feel I can trust the store owners if I ask them, they say whatever you want to hear or they just don' know. Is dried ma...

it's my turn to toss everything. I have sooo much stuff for baking etc. But, I think you are right Gavriel. Even though I feel committed now by tossing everything I will be taking that final step. I have not been binging but am sure it will still be an issue.

I have searched all over but I can't find a specific reference as to whether it is okay to use organic unrefined virgin coconut oil on your face. It says this on their site, I guess I have to contact them for the exact temp. "Omega’s Virgin Coconut Oil is made within a maximum of three hours and is ...

that's weird, I'm so sure I posted a reply earlier today..oh well, I wouldn't usually eat both in one day, I had only eaten fish once in two weeks and cause of all my activity I was getting concerned, I'm finding it difficult to get fish not frozen. Anyway, I will usually do one day yolks, one day f...

Hi Gavriel, you know I just read somewhere else (besides the old forums) about butter. I think my aversion is to "fat" cooking. Over the past years I even stopped baking very much because of it. Walking by the crepe shop downtown makes me gag. But, why is something from animals so good for us? I'm q...

Just wanted to say that by the "party line" I meant "it is all there in the science" as shown by the top notch research that WAI (and RRM?) did.
