Re: Aytundra's Diary (not Wai diet)

So icecream is solved by bananas, what can cake be solved with?) You could make little balls of minced dried fruits (dates are best I think) and nuts mixed. If it's to dry add some coconut oil. And if you really must you could even mix in some cocoa and/or roll them in grated coconut (note: cocoa a...

Regardless of what you might think of it, others might benefit from or feel strengthened by this technique (and/or others). It seems to me that that's all that matters

raw eggs for undernourished foal

Found it quite illustrative; tonight there was some program on tv on animal planet wherein an undernourished mere gave birth to a premature foal. Obviously, it was next to dead :( Pretty sad.... To help the foal gain weight, strength and health, they gave him raw eggs! 8) Thougt that was kind of coo...

Re: Eating only bananas as fruit (plus fatty fish and egg yo

I believe you should avoid fruits you don't like. There is a reason it doesn't taste good to you. On the other hand, selecting your fruits purely on ratio isn't that great either. Try to find a workable solution that isn't too expensive but is somewhat flexible so you can adjust you diet according t...

Provided you keep paying attention to what your body is asking for, I don't see anything wrong with it (normally, you will start craving other things when you miss out on nutrients).

Re: warmed up yolks (40 degrees Celsius)

I do something similar with fish (usually salmon). I looove salmon, yet only when it is at body temperature. So after slicing it up, I put it under a halogen bureaulamp. After a few minutes it is slightly warmer, still raw, but when I check it with a fingertip, it doesn't feel cold. When I don't hav...

Re: What to advice "normal" people, "second best" choices

It depends on what the person in question wants. If he/she wants to eat a very general diet (bread, typical evening meal etc) I "advice" (next to some things that's been said already) things like using butter instead of margarine, including more fruit, for example by making banana ice-cream (everyon...
