weight loss for the 'metabolically challenged'

It's so cool that you're trying my recipe :) Yes, with a half I do mean a piece. I soak the tomatoes in very warm water (not boiling) b/c I think it makes te salt dissolve more quickly and then i rinse them. It's just an idea ;) I probably like mine sweeter than you though. I use an elstar apple - w...

christina, thnx for your msg :) i certainly don't want another operation or only symptom relief medication. i do want to heal by living and eating healthily. however, i do think that the traditional medical approach can help me determine what is (not) causing my health problems - which are unmanagea...

It would be handy to have the original publications of the experiments. I read one and my conclusion was the resea...

i don't know the answer, but i am also wondering how long the egg yolk stays fresh. simliar situation: i'd like to pour it over the salad i make to bring to work - so i'd be on the salad in the container for 3-4 hours. would it still be ok or should we not risk it?

i am guessing that the most important thing with the sports is not to get your heart rate up to where your metabolism is anaerobic b/c then you stop burning fats. and of course not to do repetitve muscle buidling exercises, but other than that i don't see why we can't enjoy (albeit slowly) all sorts...

2 medium tomatoes
