Put first a layer of the banana slices and then a layer of date mix and so on. Finish with a layer of bananas...

Hello Dominic!
Don't worry that you still have bumps and clogged pores, they will not stay forever. After all, it took many years for your skin to get to the state where it is today, so it is no wonder that it is not perfect after just 4 days! Give it more time and it will get better and better!

Re: What to combine with egg yolks?
They also taste delicious in juices, specially in "milky" fruit juices like melon, peach, grape, etc. Taste horribly in orange juice in my opinion. That's interesting, my taste is exactly the opposite! I think they taste ok in orange juice but when I once tried them in melon/grape juice it was the ...

Re: What to eat on a 9 hour flight?
On the flights that I have been on they have always said that it was ok to take fruits with you on the flight. You can also take oil with you I think as long as it is in a container that is less than 100 ml. Otherwise... dried fruits + nuts? Or as a last resort sugar cubes? Another thing you could d...

Re: Mixing Egg yolks?
Hi Elias and welcome to the diet and the forum! :) Mixing the yolks with olive oil or coconut oil is totally fine if you think that this tastes good. Regarding energy management you will probably feel slightly more "slow" if you eat the egg yolks with fat than if you would have eaten them with for e...

Re: Macademia nuts shipping worldwide!
I bought 12 pounds of nuts plus the cracker, so altogether it was 15 pounds. The shipping for this was $65 and then €22 tax.
Although, they said that if your package is more than 15 pounds then the shipping is $85.
