Re: Wanna mail old members?
I used to post on the old board so this is great that this board is back. I bookmarked the Waisays.com site even though I have read it a few times through now because on each reading I always gain some new insight that I missed before, and it's always good to read the site again especially when I've...

Very well-written first post, ATK.

fruit salad and coconut (and fruits in Korea)
I often have fruit salad with dried coconut. I put mandarin slices into a bowl, drizzle olive oil and honey over it, and then throw dessicated coconut over that. I sometimes add sultanas and some other fruit as available, apple and banana. I am in Korea and fresh coconut is available which I am eati...

MSG
I have followed Wai's diet for a few years now and I think this is the healthiest diet on the planet. (Thank you Wai and RRM. You have done so much to improve the health and lives of people and you have done it in your own time and with your own money. You have made a real difference.) I was reading...

Re: differences...
I have been back on the diet for about ten months and it has been really wonderful. I have lost 14 kilograms and am still losing. I have to lose about five more. I don't feel like I am dieting though, I eat whenever I am hungry. One point I should mention is that I did not really do the diet properl...
