Re: Need help from you guys

I don't see any oils. Do you add oil to your fruits? It'll provide you with extra energy and it stabilises the blood sugar and thus protects you from sugar highs and lows.

Re: Can we eat raw liver ?

That was not what I asked for
No, I asked because I read that freezing also caused oxysterols on waisays  Anyway, glad it does not.

Re: Italians eat a lot of wheat

Besides what RRM said, it's not just wheat. Also dairy, fluoride and all cooked/processed foods. So I wouldn't know of any country where they don't eat or use (in the case of fluoride) any of these at all. So yes, it is very likely you don't see much difference (because everywhere most people eat/us...

Re: Italians eat a lot of wheat

My personal experience regarding wheat is it's a very strong painkiller. In times I experiences a lot of pains my hunger for bread was very high. And while eating it I could feel it in my blood, I could feel it sedated me, really like a drug  Back then I felt I really NEEDED it. Just like dru...

Re: Italians eat a lot of wheat

Compared to other nations they eat a lot more of it. Their culture's staple food is basically wheat. So they have double or triple doses of wheat plus the beta-carbolines from cooking, still they are not different from any other country's people. What's your point exactly? Not different as in basic...

I have one more thing to add; you don't have to use the manuka oil. When you follow this diet correctly you skin will clear up over time. Tea tree oil is very aggressive to your skin, I would definitely not use that!

Re: New Member here, I need Clarification on application of

Thank you for responding. So after I clean my face with rosewater with a cloth. Do I pat dry my skin? Then apply it because if I don't, my skin would be damp. Okay great to know water dries out the skin, I was wondering why after I would spray my rose water on my face then apply oil, the next day m...

Re: Wai Warrior - for autophagy - AN EXPERIMENT

Sorry Emeira, can't help you with that.

Hadn't seen this but you know I've been doing this on and off, partly out of "convenience" but also because sometimes it just feels better?

Re: New Member here, I need Clarification on application of

You don't have to wet your face with water at all. Water dries out your skin, and it doesn't add anything. So just clean your face with rose water on a cloth, then apply oil to your face. You could mix a few drops of water with the oil in your hands and then apply but that certainly isn't necessary....

Re: list of culinary fruits for Wai Diet

I am not suggesting they should be staples, but they can and should be eaten occasionally for the sake of good health. What you say here in my opinion says it all. They should not be eaten in large amounts, thus large amounts may be harmful. So how could smaller amounts all of a sudden be healthy, ...

You don't even have to heat it that "much" for the meat to change colour. Even if you let it sit on your kitchen top for a day the colour will have changed
