Re: Hair treatment (for girls)
I use only the fluid. Or, that's the idea at least ;D Sometimes I'm in a hurry and so I skip that part, but I get "rewarded" for being lazy with dried yolk bag's hanging in my hair... Trust me, you don't want that  Don't use the white because it will dry out your hair (and it's pretty hard ...

Re: Hair treatment (for girls)
After some time of washing with regular shampoo again (simply because too lazy to prepare shampoo every time I want to wash my hair) I returned back to the yolk shampoo. My hair looks, smells and feels much better then. The first 2 times though, afterwards my hair looked dull, flat, plain horrible! ...

Re: Coconuts
I like coconut a lot lately, but was worried about the selenium-thing I remembered from before. So looked it up in the nutrient calculator but there's a huge difference between the 2 sources  One is approx. 10 mcg/100gram while the other mentions approx. 810 mcg/100 gr. Ok, so that says nothi...

Re: dried fruits
ok, so first dried (so they take the water out) and then they add back water? Interesting....
If they are sun dried (it will say so on the bag) they are probably fine. If not, then they at least must be dried at low temperatures.

Re: Safety of fruits?
I peel most fruits too, but not tomatoes and berries. Simply because it's to time-consuming and I'm too impatient.

I have heard that claim before but never backed up with evidence it really does anything.

I don't know about manuka oil but TTO can cause several skin reactions like rashes, blisters and dryness. It is also known to have hormone disrupting qualities (especially in men) and it could cause allergies. Anti-bacterial properties of oils etc are usually a sign it's not very good for you. Excep...

Re: Safety of fruits?
It pays off to search for local farmers. That way you know what you buy and the price is way better. Plus the quality and taste is often way better too. And the farmer usually gets a much better price for it's products. Organic is not always better unfortunately, plus indeed often very expensive. So...

Re: Need help from you guys
I use different brands  I don't know where you're at but for example Aman prana has great coconut and walnut oil, though a bit expensive. But other brands are fine as well if they are cold pressed, non heated prior to pressing and extra virgin. I don't know about avocado oil, I searched for it...

Re: Need help from you guys
I don't like the taste/smell of olive oil either  You can use coconut oil, or indeed avocado oil, walnut oil or other nut oils... Don't buy oils from seeds or anything that you wouldn't eat either and make sure you buy cold pressed extra virgin oils only (and only from RAW (wal)nuts. Most waln...

Re: Need help from you guys
Its easier to not lose weight if you drink juices instead of whole fruits. Thank you RRM. But do you have any advices for my current diet? Am I eating too much? Because I have found some sample diet on this link. It's way too little from mine. http://www.waiworld.com/waidiet/twd-examples.html Nobod...

Alright. So I understand correctly that freeze drying itself does nog cause harm either? Only when it is previously heated?
