Re: inulin, polydextrose, erythritol
Becoming sick means the immune system is active, but isn't able to cope with the threat under normal conditions, and thus changes things (like raising temperature) to create a more helpful environment. There are several factors that play a role in the state of the immune system, and just exposure to...

Re: Red scars
... my glycogen storage will still take 8-12 hours to get empty ... Yes, but only if you don't eat during that time. Compare it to a gas tank of a car with the motor running. Re: Be happy
If you haven't done it already, maybe it's a good idea to (re-)read Acne Sample Diet and Wai Start ? As always: make sure you eat (often) enough. Nowadays we don't need to worry about what is in season or not, since it's either grown in glasshouses or imported. If something is unclear, ask questions...
Re: Red scars
The concept of Wai Warrior is that you don't eat until the autophagy process starts and runs for a while. Autophagy only starts when your liver store is empty (the muscle stores don't count in this). It takes 8-12 hours of fasting to use up 400kcal. So for instance if you want around 4 hours of auto...
Re: Red scars
The main glycogen depot (for non-muscle activity) in the liver can only hold 400kcal, which lasts for about 8-12 hours, so after 5 hours of not eating, your depot is still partly filled. This is equivalent to the energy you get from 850ml of OJ, without added sugar or oil. Add to that energy needed ...
