Walnut oil (as food)

What oil? Which vinegar? What about sugar?

Is it OK? Cold pressed, of course!

I cant see why it would be bad, but just wanted to check with the
"experts" :)

If the walnuts are cold shelled, then it should be fine :)

I guess they can still call it "cold pressed" even if the walnuts are first shelled by roasting, then "cold pressed?

I dont think that would be possible. But I will look into it, and for now I will only use it on my skin.
