I consume a lot of raw honey (Really Raw, made in Maryland). My food co-op sells 5 pound tubs of the stuff for $25 - not a bad price.

Raw honey is much more viscous and doesn't realy blend well with a lot of liquids. I usually just eat it like you would eat pudding or mix it with egg yolks to make a very rich kind of desert.

I did mix it with orange juice once, and it didn't really work too well.

So, give it a shot - but you may not be happy with the results!

doesn't work well. but it's pretty tasty, though. i used it instead of sugar and olive oil. it just SEEMED more natural..you know? the oranges and the honey..both natural...oh ok.
