Banana juice is very sweet and thick, do you dilute it with water?
Re: Hyperkalemia induced by excessive fruits
RRM, maybe you have done a serum copper test to any member of your family?
Re: Hyperkalemia induced by excessive fruits
I was just curious, does diet high in fruits (fructose, simple sugars) had any effect on copper absorption.
From Wiki "high intakes of phytate and simple sugars (fructose, sucrose) inhibit dietary absorption of copper"

Ah, i understand.
When one's serum copper is low, one can simply eat more Brazil nuts, dried apricots, olives and avocado (all high in copper)
