I was reading some stuff over the weekend about food combinning. Is it true
that if you eat fruits by themselves they digest better? I mean not
mixing fruits. I know there are different kinds of fruits. I've also read
there are suitable combinations. Like sub-acid with sweet or sweet with
sweet, or sub-acid with sub-acid, etc.
But for the best case, would eating one fruit at a time or what many
call mono-eating be the best?
fruits; mixing or mono-eating?

Re: mixing
Yes. Because of low levels of anti-nutrients that differ per fruit, the best results are obtained by mono-eating.johndela1 wrote:But for the best case, would eating one fruit at a time or what many call mono-eating be the best?
