How long does it take to digest dried fruits?

How soon will I experience gas upon eating a dried apricot for example? Does having gas mean that the dried apricot has already been digested?

Dried fruits take a little longer to digest than fresh fruits as the body has to 'rehydrate' them first,
to enable to enzymes (in fluid) to do their work.

Its usually between several hours and a day.

No.
Fiber can only be somewhat digested through bacterial decomposition instead of enzymatic digestion,
and the former originates gas.
Dehydration somewhat inhibits digestion, which stimulates bacterial decomposition.
