...probably i overreacted to all this potassium situation.
By the way, how much of banana juice Lars drinks per day? Do you mix it with other fruit juices?

I think about 0.8 L of banana juice mixed with 0.1 L of orange juice
Mama also still breastfeeds him a bit

Banana juice is very sweet and thick, do you dilute it with water?

I was just curious, does diet high in fruits (fructose, simple sugars) had any effect on copper absorption.
From Wiki "high intakes of phytate and simple sugars (fructose, sucrose) inhibit dietary absorption of copper"

Ah, i understand.
When one's serum copper is low, one can simply eat more Brazil nuts, dried apricots, olives and avocado (all high in copper)
