Sleep and the Wai Diet

Post by panacea »

How do you find your sleep experience after starting the wai diet compared to before?

For me, I'm able to sleep less and still get by normally(6-7 hours), not saying it's better for you though.

However many testimonials by fruitarians (slightly different than wai) require 9+ hours of sleep.

Things haven't changed much for me in that regard. I've always needed 7-8 hrs and I still do. Of course I do sleep deeper now, and when I sleep less, I'm experiencing far less effects than I used to. My rhythm isn't that 'natural' though, which might play a role, as I usually go to bed and get up quite late.

I experience much difference. When on Wai, I feel energetic and bright when I wake up. When I'm not, I feel exhausted and have to drag myself out of bed. I also need less sleep on Wai.

Uhm, maybe to clarify: there's a lot of difference, just not with the amount needed. ;)
