hi,

It's been almost 3 months and half. I am desperate. I am full of cysts on the neck! And lots of pimlpes on the whole face... It's also very ithcy and flaky!

I am eating fruits, honey and nuts, cucumber, tomato, avocando, olive oil, and fresh fish!

I dont know what to do! Maybe I have to accept that this diet doesn't work for me!

Please help!

Can you list exactly the total of how much of everything you eat, and exactly when you eat what (including exact amounts)?
Also, do you shell the nuts yourself or are they already shelled?

I am eating 5-6 fruits in a raw (the same fruits each time) then a salad (1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1/3 avocado, a bit of lemon, olive oil, very few parslay) after 1-1:30 hour a mix of 2 teaspoons of honey and 2-3 shelled walnuts.
At night, before sleepping, the salad with 30gr of fresh raw fish

So around 20 fruits per day
3 salads
2 walnuts-honey

DIF, oscar asked you whether you shell the walnuts yourself,
or do you buy the already shelled walnuts?

Ok, thats good.

No, because in march you were still eating spinach, for example.
Everytime you make whatever small mistake / eat something outside the diet, you start at day #1 again.

Okay, can you enter the total in the nutrient calculator: http://www.waiworld.com/waidiet/nut-calcsimple.html and tell me what it says at "Energy"?
Also, how much time is there between those 5-6 fruits? So something like: 1 fruit - 15 mins - 1 fruit - 15 mins - 15 mins - etc?

Yes, between fruits at least a gap of 15 minutes
Also, for 2 weeks now, my body seems to don't want the salad. Even I am hungry i can't eat the salad. I think it's because of the olive oil.

I chose this option RDA: FDA Men, 19-24yr (177cm/70in, 72kg/160lb), because of the age. I am 22 and half but around 58kg and 177cm... I used to be 63kg before starting the diet...

Some more questions:
Is the olive oil extra virgin/vergine and/or cold pressed?
Do you eat/drink a little of the olive oil with each fruit, or just in the salad?

Okay, my advice would be:
1. Try without any nuts - some people have pretty strong reactions to nuts, and leaving them out often helps.
2. Spread out the oil intake with each fruit and the salad. You could also try some extra virgin coconut oil instead, if you can find it. 100ml per day might be a tad overdoing it, so use your own judgment if you want to try less.
Try this for a week and see if it changes anything.
If you're going to eat anything other (aside from fruits) than the things you've listed, post it here, so we can check if it's okay. For instance, if you eat any eggs, make sure they're not pasteurized (and preferably organic).
Good luck!

now i eat 2-3 walnuts per day..
My body really does not want the salad...I am hungry and when its time for salad my hunger disappears although i have an empty stomach feeling...
I think its not the Olive oil...because i add really small amount now. It might be the cucumber or the tomato?
Is there anything to add in the salad in order to accept it by my body?

You should make sure you're never really hungry. Whenever you feel a hungry-like feeling, eat or drink something. Otherwise your body might break down muscle mass, which can aggravate acne.
If you don't feel like eating cucumbers and/or tomatoes, then don't eat them. It's not a requirement.
I still advice to leave the nuts out completely, at least until your skin is clear. After that you can experiment with them again.

Tomato is from the family of nightshades, just like potatos and tobacco. Tomato even has a small amount of nicotine. Alot of people cannot tolerate nightshades, it would therefore be best to quit tomato too. Nuts are also dangerous. I suggest to quit for 1 week at least with these 2 products. Totally. If you are getting less acne, slowly reintroduce the product which you like most back into the diet.

Also eat more fruits, youre getting too little energy, like oscar explained. A vitamin shortage might cause harm too. If you eatmore you will also get more vitamins.
