I think he meant, 'any and all' information about hair-growth that is still in line with the principles of the Wai diet.

I posted it for the nutrients it listed not the food sources.

Ah.... perhaps next time, you could post a little note at the bottom of any large paragraphs that you quote, just to tell us all why you are posting this particular information, and what specific parts of it we should be focusing on. It helps prevent any hyperventilation!
