Well, thats the cause of the bleeding gums;
stuff that gets trapped between your teeth cause your gums to become inflamed and bleed.
anti bacterial mouthwash seems to be best, but what do you guys think?
It will imbalance the bacteria in your mouth, and that is not what you want.
Your goal is to make the gums healthy again.
What do you need to do to make your gums healthy again?
First: remove everything that got trapped between your teeth (using floss/dental sticks).
Second: massage your gums so that the blood will flush away the inflammation and surplus of bacteria.
For this you need to use dental sticks / toothpicks.
Simply move a toothpick back and forward between 2 teeth, pressuring your gums.
Yes, it will hurt and cause bleeding, but thats good.
Massage the gums between all teeth, about 3 times a day.
After a few days you only need to massage them once a day and your gums will be healthy again.
Keep on using toothpicks / floss daily to keep your gums healthy.
