I think most anything you buy in a container at a store is pasteurized. That usually involves heating it to kill the enzymes. I wouldn't call it raw at that point.audioshack1 wrote:Thanks to everyone who posted. not on the sample diet. But once your skin is totally clear, you can start experimenting whether you can drink it without breaking out. Also would tropicana juice be ok?
Yes.when they say fresh they literally mean from the juicer?
By use of the citrus juicer; no blending, mixing or chopping up, just 'squeezed' juices. Also what does it mean by pressed juices?
Yes, as long as it always gives you the energy that you need. If you dont feel energetic, you need to eat / drink more. And is it ok to eat like a few pieces of fruits or nuts every hour?....thanksss

LOL!!!This raw diet thing has brought my spirituality and mental capabilities to new levels. I can no longer watch television or go shopping in malls. It is so odd. Everything that I was 'trained' and 'conditioned' to believe/think has disappeared. This may also have to do with my experience on psylocibin mushrooms
