Bathing - Showering

Post by Seth »

RPM, I came across a past post that said you take a 20 minute bath daily. I was wondering if you still do that or not and why you opt for a bath as opposed to a shower. Do you use luke warm water? (You don't find the water from the faucet to cause any skin problems? [e.g. from the minerals/chemical content]?)

The temperature of the water you use. (Lukewarm is mildly warm.)

Do you use any sort of flannel or brush?

Yes, mildly warm. Sometimes I use a brush (if I feel dirty)
