In human blood, uric acid concentrations between 3.6 mg/dL and 8.3 mg/dL are considered normal by the American Medical Association http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uric_acid

As vegetarians have to convert fewer purines into uric acid, that conversion capacity is accordingly; relatively small, but will eventually adapt to a regular greater intake of purines once you have incorporated fish/yolks into your daily diet.
It will be interesting to see what your uric acid levels are in 6 to 12 months from now.

Definitely!

I have been a long time yolk eater already but I have only recently started the habit of eating 50g of salmon 4 times a week.

That explains.
Salmon (much like herring) contains about 170 mg / 100 g purines (considered a high level), whereas egg yolks contain relatively little purines.
