Re: Mercury in fish
I didnt know. Interesting.
mercury
RRM, are you not concerned about mercury? I've also upped my fish intake to 150-200 grams (and dropped the egg whites). But because of the mercury I think I'll distribute it to equal parts fish and meat.RRM wrote:Testing my protein tolerance (which is still a steady 250 to 300 grams of fish / day)
Re: Acne, aging, and sensitivity
I mainly eat salmon and yolks, and sometimes meat, mackerel and tuna.dime wrote:RRM, are you not concerned about mercury?
So, im not too much worried about it.
What kind of fish are you consuming?
Here's an interesting thread about it: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=559
Re: Acne, aging, and sensitivity
Ah so salmon doesn't have so much mercury? I eat farmed Norwegian salmon (bio, it's actually almost double the price than the normal).
Re: Acne, aging, and sensitivity
That one is low in mercury.
