Fri Dec 12, 2014** (some items below are not Wai)
+ 1 pimple
7:50 1 apple {hungrrry! wolfed it down on the spot, impatiently peeled it}
8:15 2 potatoes
10:30 2 potatoes {stomach felt not happy at this point, it knows it has alot of fiber sitting there and it could pretend it had food, but still says it is very hungry, the smell of bread in the kitchen was really tempting.}
15:30 80g of junk = chocolate banana crepes {found some more junk in the cupboard}, 4 oranges {aha I figured it out, I think I lacked water and thiamine, I really liked the oranges; "liked" = understatement.}
20:00 4 oranges
00:00-8:10*
---
* The grenouille, wanted an orange, but was in a rush to get out.
** Originally I was going to do a pommes only day, but junk got in the way, but it was not junk that I wanted, it wanted oranges.

Sat Dec 13, 2014** Junk Day (most items below are not Wai)
9:20 1 slice of chocolate cheese cake
11:30 200g of tomato sauce
16:00 1 oyster {pate de pooh}, 2 slices of ham (0.1 x 3 x 3 cm), 1 forkful of salad {idea for a green day?}, 1tsp hummus {too salty}, cracker {yuck}, pomegranate [so so}, 1 creme puff {blah}, 1 chocolate biscuit {blahh}, 1 garlic bread {blahhh}, apple cider {yum}, chips {junkfoodaytundra is not extinct.}
18:00 200g of tomato sauce
18:30 400g of tomato sauce, 4 oranges
19:45 20 shrimps with sauce
23:00 6 macadamia chocolates
00-00 - 6:32*-6:50 - 8:40
---
* Nice sleep
** No plans, just eating whatever food was available, tomato sauce seemed like a cheaper alternative to tomatoes, but it has too much salt.

10:00 9 pieces of pineapple (2.5 cm^3)
11:30 20 g of tomato sauce
13:45 15 shrimps with sauce, 6 macadamia chocolates
19:00 250 ml oj mixture = (4 oranges + 2 tbsp sugar + 2 yolks), 2 egg white, 1 banana, 1 macadamia chocolate
00:00 - 8:20

Without a map
Before you start entering a maze,
to get out of a maze there are 2 options:
1) Leave a trail of bread crumbs, cookie crumbs, gingerbread cookies etc... {Hansel and Gretel, umm grains are not an acceptable answer here!}
2) Place one hand on the wall of the maze and not lift it off for the entire trip. (assuming that the maze runs on a 2D plane with 3D walls and not more dimensions)[It might not be the fastest route out, but you are guarantee to find the exit of the maze.(Technical answer: math logic)]

With a map
There are 2 options:
3) Use the map.
4) Leave it in your backpack without looking and wanderoff to whatever catches your fancy. {stupid choice, you will only get there by luck.}

Aytundra was doing 4), she is going back to 3).

MAP! :D {rumages her backpack, finds 1 map, there are more in there... + a lot of junk maps...}
Took me a while to make it... I last edited "wai nutrients 62 foods .xlsx" on April 26, 2014.
Here is a screen shot of the "42 item Map" = "Wai foods vs Nutrients vs Aytundra RDA Grouped.JPG".

Methods:
1) I used:
The Wai Calculator(for the names of food, limited to foods I might eat, 46 items),
and the Nutrition Data (their nutrient values + their RDA for Aytundra ( I tweaked the RDA a bit, I can't remember which variables I changed. I was playing with their calculator ~3 years ago.)

2) I reasoned: I don't want to over eat vitamins so I need to know what each food contains.
Because of that:
I plotted food nutrients against aytundra's RDA
I ranked each food-vs-aytundra-value for the top 6-9 nutrients.
I sorted the foods according to their nutrients.
I grouped them by nutrients bringing foods with similar contents as close as possible.
I coloured to make it easier to see patterns.

3) Groups:
1. Pink Group: Banana is pink because of manganese.
2. Light Brown Group: Nuts are light brown because of the pink (Mn) laced with purple (Mg)
3. Medium Brown Group: When you splash some Vitamin C onto pink they become berries.
4. Dark Brown Group: Copper before Manganese makes Mediterrainian stuff.
5. Blue Group: Copper solo are friends with Vitamin K and potassium, Vitamin A and C. {very pretty colours}
6. Orange Group: Orange fruits owns it's own group.
7. At the top are things I couldn't sort.

Map Errors:
1) Plum nutrients listed on the map is actually for Prunes. Plums (fresh) would have Vitamin C ranked first.
2) Spelling errors {hahaha, aytundra can't spell correctly all the time either!}

Trusting what I mapped:
1) Mapping it gives me the confidence of having a good estimate on what I am eating.
2) It resembles the phylogeny of fruits a bit, so that gives me a little confidence that I grouped them well.

MAP! :D
"Aytundras Least Number of Fruits" map
This map is based on:
Aytundra's RDA vs. Nutrients vs. Least number of fruits.
Because aytundra is lazy and does not want to peel or slice over 20 items of food/day, she will likely eat green celled items.

Methods:
1) Click the Wai Calculator.
2) Pick a food item, enter in a number of fruits, if it meets the RDA value, place that number on your spreadsheet.
3) Highlight cells based on the number you are willing to peel/prepare.
4) Voila, you have your own MAP! :) {Note this takes a lot of time..... :? }
5) WARNING: Maps are only as accurate as info supplied to make it,
the cartographer does not know reality, so you still have to listen to your guts (body). :!:

Notes on how to read map:
Fish is in 10g; "6" = 60g Salmon for B12
"9" = 9 oranges/day for B1

Why not go for a diet that is for 80%/90% the same every day, and from which you know it will cover the RDA.
In this way, you don't have to worry/think about RDA numbers each day.

Btw, I think you focus way to much on RDA values of micronutrients, I think you should focus more on calories daily, macronutrients (carbs/fats/protein). To me it seems you are chronically undereating (calorie wise). And sometimes are eating way too little proteins.

Btw, what about preparing your meals (peel/juice/slow cook) one time a day for the whole day ? Just one time a day, you really have to think about it, and the rest of the day, just consume.

Festive junk vs. acclimatizing-aytundra:
Ha ha ha my skin still looks great with no pimples after some odd 2.5 days of junk.
(skin has been pretty good for the past few weeks, it didn't break out on chocolates, I think only 1 or 2 small pimples from the creamcheese/mascarpone/lamb solo days that I did ~ a week ago.)
Let me see how long this immunity lasts...

21:00 10 mini potatoes
22:00 2 yolks*
00:30 - 9:10
---
Someone: 1 large cucumber + 2 tbsp vinegar + 1 tbsp oo + 4 tbsp sugar, 1 yolk*, a few slices of ham
Others: 0.5 large cucumber + 0.8 tbsp vinegar + 2 tbsp sugar { A little less vinegar tasted better, commented one of them; I'll keep adjusting. }
+ their regular food, + left over junk, but no rice.
-----
*Prepared 3 left with 2. Stolen!
** Looks at fridge. Cucumber supplies gone?! No breakfast?
Others dropped rice for dinner 2 days in a row! [It might be temporary. They felt guilty about eating so much greasy junk in the morning and lunch that they had me make cucumber salad for them for dinner. No interest was shown for the other food items I ate. I guess cucumber salads are acceptable in a social setting? They are also quick to make.]

Hey Kasper, thanks for replying :) ; sorry I couldn't reply earlier.
Kasper wrote:Why not go for a diet that is for 80%/90% the same every day,
I couldn't.* I was still trying to figure out which food items worked for me.
I could now. {maybe} Cucumbers. {maybe} {still in testing mode.}

*Couldn't because:
Avocadoes, Bananas, Potatoes =
- prone to spoilage, and overstocking (cheap prices),
- unpredictable fruit volume (they ripen too fast or too slow),
- fiber-overloaded-stomach (if I ate a large volume daily. Usually after a few days of these volume days I would usually switch out of eating these food items; and may lead to constipation in conjunction with other foods.).

Sugar, Grapes = acid-aftertaste
I couldn't use these for calorie staples, because of the aftertaste barrier, I am comfortable with 4-12 tbsp and 50-100 grapes; but probably not everyday consecutively.
If I ate them in a row for a few consecutive days the taste barrier is more noticeable.

Oranges, Tomatoes = expensive, time consuming to prep

Oils = I don't know
I don't think I am a tin-can-man; or a car.

Apples = hungry-empty-stomach afteraffect from eating them.

Yolks = I don't force them for proteins. I can't force them actually, because sometimes the body will say to skip a day or two.
{Price is not an issue here, I once had 10 cartons in the fridge, but could not get myself to eat 1 egg every day.}

Fish = price, and not sure about sea-contamination, but all meats probably have a caviat on how they are raised even if they are organic or not.

Nuts = in-the-shell equals expensive (pun-intended)
Kasper wrote:Btw, I think you focus way to much on RDA values of micronutrients,
It was theoretical interest, I don't bother too much (I sleep well without worrying about RDA, more like my brain worries about what junkfoods-aytundra will do next; ah nightmares),
acclimatize aytundra firmly believes and trusts that munchfoodaytundra will take care of fulfilling insaneinaccuratecurrentRDA of some nutrients.
Kasper wrote:I think you should focus more on calories daily, macronutrients (carbs/fats/protein).
potatoes, chocolate, cheesecake, mascarpone, slow-cooked meats, egg whites munch foods et al...was I not focused?
yeah I was trying and trying and trying... still trying... damned maze, i bet it is in 4D {3D blue-goggles of blue-witch detection won't cut it in this fiction} {I will lose much sleep over structuring something 4D}
Kasper wrote:To me it seems you are chronically undereating (calorie wise). And sometimes are eating way too little proteins.
I did not intend low calories, I simply couldn't pressure myself into eating more sugar (sugar-water) and grapes, b/c of acid-aftertaste barrier.
Proteins, Maybe. (Don't get me wrong I love proteins, I like steaks and almost all cooked meats, but if raw is a constraint, then fish is a problem, slow-cook is a grey territory theoretically.)
150g fish now; 50g was like nothing.
Kasper wrote:Btw, what about preparing your meals (peel/juice/slow cook) one time a day for the whole day ? Just one time a day, you really have to think about it, and the rest of the day, just consume.
I like fresh food.
I like quick fresh food.
I like hassel free quick fresh food.
I like instant hassel free quick fresh food.
Preparation is only an option for work/school/trip.
I avoid "preparation" by bringing "peel" fruits, and junk foods, not peeled-prepped-foods b/c peeled-prepped-foods are probably no different than regular prepped-cooked-foods.
Warrior is enticing, but it is impossible without knowing what kind of energy fuels aytundra's car, I am still guessing what runs it; i don't think it runs on gasoline, or batteries.

junk (archived)
---

Wed Dec 31, 2014 (Today was b/c of Kasper's comment; RDA looks okay in terms of calories, proteins, fats, and water content, i think munch food took care of RDA's minerals.)
11:30 2 bananas
12:00 150g salmon, 3 yolks + 4 egg whites (Tries the egg soup| yeah it looks like soup, nice name! :) )
14:00 Bowl 1 = 1 cucumber + 4 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp vinegar
Jar 1 = 300ml oj + 350ml water + 4 tbsp sugar
16:00 chocolate cheesecake
Bowl 2 = 1 cucumber + 4 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp vinegar
Jar 2 = 300ml oj + 350ml water + 4 tbsp sugar
mango mousse cake (1 x 2 x 1 inches)
Jar 3 = 250ml oj + 450ml water + 4 tbsp sugar
---
Times chronological but precise time unknown, I ate whenever I wanted to.
Preparation = 90 minutes (I ate cooked egg whites in the morning, leaving the rest of the day for fridge opening.)
It is very easy and convenient eating this way, open the fridge and slurp some juice.
But my mouth felt mildly acidic thoughout the day as it did not have a chance to recover from so much (diluted) juice; i think the sugar caused the acidity not the oj.
I could not finish Jar 3. I had 400ml left for Jan 1. (It was nice waking up knowing I had some juice ready and not have to make it. :D )
