That depends on how much they want.
Usually its one or 2 meals per day, and the portions are small, maybe 50 grams.
The salmon is truly raw, but the beef / lamb is slow cooked.
For the rest, its all juices; nothing in the morning and most of it during the night.

And here is number 3: Lynn

She was 10% heavier than her big sister Trix at birth. (hence the chubby face)

Unfortunately much standard cooked foods,
though i always try to let it be slow-cooked animal foods,
and much veggies relative to animal foods and grains.
And of course i try to let her drink/eat as much fruits as possible.

hey RRM, your eldest is probably old enough to do the CP test correctly now, have you ever tried? (it consists of normal breathing, relaxing all muscles which naturally causes exhalation, pinching the nose after this exhalation and counting seconds until desire to breath, then breathing again at the same volume/rate as before (no gaps for air)).

for a wai child should be at least 30

Hmmm... I was just wondering, despite all your info about how cooked food is unhealthy Wai still choose to eat standart cooked diet? Why is that?

I dont know, i find this test to be not 'water-proof', as 'the desire to breath is debatable' / subjective imo.
Is there no 'water proof' (objective) test?

She has never read the info.
And when i tell her, she does not want to believe it, or only to a small extend.
That is because she does not want her diet to be limited by this info.
She does not want to change her diet, and prefers to believe that it doesnt really matter.
Much like the majority of people.
