Buteyko
2 cold showers (+light exercise)
quite a lot of walking (around 2 hours)
CP around 30 I guess

Diet
Eating very much fish/egg yolks last days.
Around 160 gram of herring and 8 egg yolks each day.
Doing bio kult probiotics, 10 capsules
5000 mcg of biotin/ 10 mg zinc/ 100mg magnesium

Mental state
I've the feeling that since I began probiotics, ADD symptoms are getting better (CP independent).
Today, for the first time ever, I didn't forget checking in AND out width OV (train).
Besides this, I felt when biking, I was noticing the outside world better, like I was looking at everything in the traffic at once.
Very good feeling, like it (read: the traffic) was not some chaos happening before my eyes, but some interesting pattern.
First time, I ever felt like this. Normally I'm making problems in the traffic all the time because I'm in a dream state sort of thing.

I hope tomorrow it's the same :p, and this is not just some random good day. I'll let you now.

Physical state
Pink tongue whole day
feet less inflamed than yesterday

FEET

Are getting CURED !!!
For the first time since I'm 10 years old,
I think I'm going to be really soon fungal free in my feet.

Tried everything to cure my athlete foot's.
But find out that callus was preventing any topcial remedy to work.
I tried lamisil (for months), apple cider vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, name it, and I did it.

Callus also a really difficult thing, I think that if fungals live in there, it is even more resistant to get off.
But this thing is doing magic.

I think that in two days all the callus is removed.
After that I'm just going to try some topical shit. And that should do the job.
But already now, I notice much less inflammation.
