Yeah that sounds awesome, I wish there was such an option at my uni.
I enjoy sauna a lot too, but 3x a week sounds like a bit too much.

Hmm, I go once every two weeks for 14 euros. But they've got infrared, 70 degrees and 90 degrees saunas plus a turkish steamcabine. I do 3-4 rounds on one day. After the second round I take a cold bath of around 12 degrees for +15 minutes. During the bath I breathe with normal inhalations every 1.30 minutes. It's so damn sick, my heart beat slows to around 30 bpm. I feel extremely good during and after this bath.
Then I warm up in the sauna again.

Btw, my tonsils are almost completely to the size where they need to be. I'm currently going to a very strange cold with sweat attacks and cold shivers, but not feeling feverish and feeling very clear minded. I keep on doing the xylitol nose showers, because they are amazing!

Hm.. sounds intersting, going to read that later:

Standard 1: Getting a good chewing standard
Standard 2: Not eating after 9 o'clock
Standard 3: Using super mixture (probiotics,prebiotics,physilium) 2x a day
Standard 4: 1 hour of sauna 3x a week
Standard 5: 1 hour of walking every day

Yesteday those all went really well.
Today, I didn't do my hour of walking (only 30 min.), no sauna, and I didn't focussed on chewing well.
I hope I don't get punished to hard for this. Diet was still good (according to digestive health book).

After I got the no soiling effect, I got a little bit constipated, and I looked a little bit weird.
Water retention in face, white face, felt no energy.
Today all those symptoms went away, and I still have the no soiling effect.
Going to walk for 30 min. now.

I'm really glad that I'm getting my health better in control now.
Life is so much better when you feel healthy.

By the way, I'm asked to do the honours programme for maths. What ? Me?
I can't believe it. I'm really thankfull for tony robbins. His tips has helped me dramatically improve my grades at university.

I haven't had soiling since monday.
Today, my stool was completely white...
What does that mean ? Fungus ?
Still there wasn't soiling.

I guess it is fat yeah...
Does this mean I have bile acid deficiency?

Ok, here a strange theory that is flowing into my head suddenly:
I've had dry skin/hair since I started my roaccutane cure.

According to Natasha Campbell McBride:
Dry skin means that your body is unable to assimilate and handle fats well.

Could it be that this roaccutane works by damaging the liver in such a way that it doesn't produce bile acids properly.
Therefore, people cannot assimilate and handle fats well --> dry skin --> acne disappears...

Go to the doctor, tell him about it and probably you'll do a blood test which includes a bunch of markers related to the liver.

That roaccutane seems to have a bunch of potential adverse effects, including very common hepatobiliary (increased transaminase).
Why don't you just do the wai diet, but instead take something with so many side effects?

I've stopped my roaccutane 5 years ago (I've done this cure for 8 months).

But, the effect are known to last even after the cure:
side effects: dry skin/dry hair
good effects: acne-free skin

I was thinking that both effects could be caused by a damaged liver (bile acid deficiency).

I don't think so.
I was diagnosed as someone who would have acne the rest of his life.
This roaccutane is meant to cure acne for the rest of your life.
This means that the effects of this cure should be noticeable at least 5 years after it.
I've been puzzled who roaccutane could works for such a long time, but permanent liver damage sounds like something that could explain it.

But what do I say to the doctor ? That I've had white stool once? I don't think he would take it seriously.

Oh really, it works for the rest of your life? Then it certainly does some permanent changes in the body..
Symptoms of hypervitaminosis A are kinda similar to those of roaccutane, so maybe the dose needed for it to work for acne is toxic.
According to this it most likely works by killing the sebaceous gland cells, which may explain the dry skin as sebum is what oils it up.
But what do I say to the doctor ? That I've had white stool once? I don't think he would take it seriously.
I wouldn't take it seroiusly either. If you really have a problem, you'd have white stool quite regularly, like whenever you eat a bit more fat probably. But it doesn't cost anything to do a blood test

Thats an impossible diagnosis.
No doctor will make this diagnosis, because all doctors know that hormone levels change,
particularly at your age (then).

Maybe the diagnosis was wrong, but that is what he said (of course, I don't know his exact words anymore).

I was thinking that my acne would go away when I was 20 or something.
But he said that I didn't had an acne that would go away, and this was the only (real) solution.
Maybe he meant that my acne would not go away after teenage years, but could last for many more years, I don't know.
He also told that food or lifestyle didn't had to do anything with acne.

I can remember this moment quite well,
I can remember that I was puzzled how he could see from my acne that it was not normal puberty acne.
But I didn't ask.
