Back on the diet once again WOOO HOOO

So I'm more comfortable telling people about my diet, people come to me asking questions and it can create some interesting conversations, usually with the older health conscientious crowd. I read my old diary and it was fun how little I knew about the diet and how everyone was so helpful, thank you!

been eating vegitarian for about 5 months, still eating raosted peanut butter for protien and bread, pasta, chips, rarely milk, bananas, vegetables, fish oil which did help with acne somewhat, but there were days when I just hated getting up and going about my day. Oh hell I remember 6 months ago, the day when I drank for 3 days and ate lots of burgers, pizza and I had the breakout from hell... it was so depressing. So I'm pretty used to having bad acne and still going outside and meeting new people, I'm used to not eating meat, and I don't really crave meat, but I do crave pasta, which is no good for my skin.
So I been 100% wai and this is day 5

I can't really afford to have orange juice, and I want to be 100% wai without having to resort to Tropicana juice for increased calorie intake. I hate tropicanana anyways after hearing about its manufacturing process.
I think I have too much olive oil in my diet, the diet calculator fails to calculate sugar, I read http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/fru ... ces/1846/2 states it has 6.3g
of starch and 14.4g of sugar in 118g medium sized bananas. if I am eating 10 bananas a day and cucumber, I'm eating about 210 grams of sugar a day. I'm also currently getting 214.5g fat a day, which leads me to about a ratio of sugar:fat 1:1. I feel ok for now, but I need to gain weight.

DAY 4 100%

Diet is working awesome, I feel so damn confident and my energy levels soar. I have some breakouts, I haven't been counting but tomorrow I will count my morning pimples, just for measure, however my face is looking to be healing, lesser acne, looks softer, better tone, hopefully I can clear 100%, the accutane is 777 days out of my system. Maybe I'll keep a photolog, which reminds me I have a photo on here which is pre-diet.

here is a photo of today, I'll try to take photos at the same time of day, so I can get the same lighting for consistent results, ill try and smile as the days go on.

DAY 6 100% woke up with like 6medium sized white heads beside my nose, didn't pick at them and some are still there.. can't really notice it in the picture

Hey Pete,

Does it hurt? I used to have severe acne and it would hurt and annoy me even before I went to bed.

I'm not sure if you have talked about this, you might have but do you exercise? Just curious. Do you wash your face with anything other than water? Do you think that it's hard as a guy to live off of fruit?

No never hurts, years ago when I was on a SAD diet it was worse and it did hurt pretty bad. I just do light exercise pushups and situps, I used to jog, but I lost too much weight. Yeah it's difficult, I'm not sure what exactly you mean, but I get the energy I need, I lost weight which sucks, but I'm in-taking more calories. If you mean socially, girls react pretty fine, and men generally think I'm weird, but I get better responses from being more confident with how I respond, when they ask about protein I straight up tell them raw eggs, I'm not sure what goes on in their head but it stops there unless they seem genuinely interested, ill tell them more. I think they may actually fear you at first for being different but grow to respect you for being different, which some people are so afraid to do or at least that's what I believe. Never put a whole lot of thought into it, but I think people respond well, and grow to be ok with it after, some takes more then others, but everyone I know comes around.

I just noticed an error in my log, first day is actually day 5, so each day after is actually a day later from the date listed.

Day 10 100% All previous picture say an incorrect day, last photo is actually DAY 9 and so with the days before. Don't ask why I look like a killer >_<, this one was taken at night as opposed to all the other ones taken during the evening with real some real sunlight
