In accordance with the nature of those pepties, there must be some real dependence. Since the amounts are very small, the dependence symptoms may not be that obvious.

The degree of dependence would of course be related to one's opiate receptors which differs from person to person. I have a hard time with opiate withdrawal.
I do so like green eggs and ham. Thank you, thank you. Sam I am.

How I understand you guys!

I am doing the diet for 8 months, and in the first 4 I really couldn't cut on bread! I could cut on anything but on it. It appears to be the most addictive food, but I think this also has to do with food texture, because in "normal" diets we are all used to eat chewy, dense foods. I started eating more dried fruit and nuts, and that work perfectly! After 1 month 100% Wai I didn't feel any more cravings ;). Now, past 4 months since 100% Wai, I never even think of eating bread, not even if I was on a bakery :D. It just doesn't seem like food to me anymore. It seems like something very "dirty" and "burned" to me. I think I'd get nausea if I was forced to eat some.
