breakfast and during the morning: a banana w/ cream and walnuts, dried fruit with a few brazil nuts (not every day though, maybe 3x a week)sometimes I have a couple of egg yolks in oj or tomato juice.
lunch: salad w/ veg soup and sometimes a couple of bites of bread (try to avoid bread, but it's a weakness!) afternoon: some fruit (pineapple, apples,ect) w/ some sort of fat, cream cheese or cream.
dinner: various veggies steamed, avocadoes, salsa and baked corn chips, stuff like that. Later in the evening, maybe some more fruit.
Like I said, that is some of the things I eat every day, some days I switch it around. I eat raw fish only twice a week. I always try to balance my carbs and fat. Do you think its because I'm not eating enough protein? I crave fats strongly, especially cream cheese and animal fats,like bacon, but I rarely eat it. I don't crave the yolks at all but when I do eat them, I have to make my self, but they are very satisfying and take away my cravings. I don't dislike them, I just don't crave them. My fave way to eat them is over a starch, rice, potatoes,ect, but I try to avoid starch since they put weight on you. I am trying to figure out why my skin tone is getting sooo bad. I've always been proud of my thick, youthful skin. Every one used to freak when I told them how old I am. Also, the tops of my fore arms look old and wrinkled, the skin under my eyes is also loosing it's tone and poofy and and is wasn't like that a year ago! If I push the skin together on my arms, lines stay there and take a few minutes to dissapear. It's like I've aged over night! I'm just wondering if my bad habits from the past are catching up? Just last year people said I looked 22 and now they are telling me I look 30ish. I get eight hours of sleep every night and I don't party any more. I don't eat much salt either and I avoid msg and other food additives. What do you guys think? I don't mean to sound like I am whining, but this is very depressing! lol
