Sugar+tea+vitamin pills+eggs

Post by noche »

Hi everyone,

Thanks for all the information you provided regarding acne and nutrition.
Although I tried to follow the regular plan with OJ, I found it difficult to taste oranges everyday, and other fruits did not meet my budget.
Instead, I want to try sugar+yolk+bananas+vitamin pill+tea.

Based on http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/dricalc.html,
I am lacking VItamin E, Vitamin K, Folate, Choline, Calcium, Iron, Phosphorus, Sodium, Potassium.
Should I get any additional supports for them? Do you know how accurate the source I provided would be?

Also, I need 1350 calories per day, but I don't know if I should calculate 1350/24 or 1350/(24-5) for hourly needs.

Thank you so much your help.

I think I feel light-headed, despite that I am following my calculation.
Based on my calculation, I need 2.2 teaspoons of sugar per hour if I eat three bananas and six eggs per day,
but I think I feel light-headed and jitters.
I wish to add more fat, but I couldn't take the taste of EVOO or coconut oil.
I can eat avocados, but I am worried since I got cysts from them.
Below is my calculation..
Thanks..

Its most easy and healthy to simply get used to that.

The mineral composition will still be off.

Lacking potassium on a banana-based diet?
Impossible.
Oh, wait, 1 egg yolk, 1 banana, 1 avocado?
Ha ha, you must be kidding!

No, you need real foods first.
Your diet version is not a good idea.
Also, I need 1350 calories per day
Huh, based on what?

During sleep you are not eating (my presumption),
so, if you sleep 8 hours a day, you should calculate your energy requirements (say 2000 kcal) this way indeed: 2000/(24-8)
Do you sleep only 5 hours a day?
