Absolutely.
We all have been eating lots of cooked foods in the past, and this has affected us sometimes very differently, as our weaknesses are different to begin with.
This is also why we stress to consume sufficient fat with sugars in the Acne Sample Diet rules; in some acne sufferers not doing so this may result in new acne.

Is that a way of saying "im sorry" for claiming that I said something that i actually didnt?
That's not helpful, RRM. :P

But thank you. I guess some of our constitutions demand a very small sugar to fat ratio until we recover. Much smaller than we previously thought. And in many cases, listening to one's body can be very difficult for a long time.

Good luck, huntress!

Haha RRM  Well...I can actually prove my point and I still stand by my words regarding your statement on candida & antibiotics and we can both get into a heated arguement about it.
But, that is not what I want to do and I still need your expert advice on this matter at hand (candida).

Huntress,

You should do the candida test:

When you wake up in the morning, fill a glass with water.
Make sure the glass is clear so you can see through it. Spit a couple of time in the water and wait ten minutes or so. If tendril like things have descended from you saliva then you probably have it.

Does your tongue have a white coating on it?

I have it for sure.

So RRM,

Diflucan is an anti-fungal, so it isn't an antibiotic. So thats good regarding taking while on this diet.

However there are many possible treatments for it. They are:

Caprylic Acid
Betaine HCL
Garlic (fresh)
Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE)
liquid Oil of Oregano (O3)
Pau d' Arco
Nystatin (prescription)

enteric coated capsules of:

Garlic
Oil of Oregano (O3)
Turmeric
Tanalbit
Soil Based Organisms (SBO's) / Homeostatic Soil Organisms (HSO's)
Nystatin (prescription)
Diflucan (prescription)
enemas/colonics with antifungals

liquid Oil of Oregano (O3)
Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE)
Colloidal Silver (CS)
Ozone
Hydrogen Peroxide
Magnesium Peroxide
Diflucan (prescription)
Lamisil (prescription)
Sporanox (prescription)
Monolaurin / Lauricidin
SF 722
Barbarine
Viracin

Do you have any suggestion about what to take?
My goal is to get rid of it and keep it from coming back ever again.

Here is good link about candida:

nick, if I remember vaguely, that you were also having candida problems? If so, did you have any issues with weakening of the muscles? Muscle aches? For the past 2 days, I have been somewhat paralyzed in bed with a stiffed and aching back and neck. Moving my arms, neck was impossible because a sharp pain would shoot up from my back to my neck. My legs and arms were weak too.
Now the pain has subsided and I can move around slowly but my head spins and sometimes, I feel utterly confused.
I don't know what is wrong with my body.

Whoa!

That can't be good at all!

That means that the candida has spread to your body which is called systemic candida. Luckily there are treatments for this. You should see a doctor as soon as possible to get on some medication. It's good that your feeling better.

Doh that doesn't sound good! :(

Not sure if it is indeed Candida, but, like Nick, I suggest you see a doctor immediately.

A friend of mine (not on the diet) has Candida and exactly the same symptoms, but the Dr attributes it to Fibromyalgia.

Dear Huntress,

Prayers be with you...

'God' willing, maybe it wont be anything serious.
