RRM, don't forget irritated/irritable. I know when I don't get a sip of OJ for more than 20 minutes, I get annoyed at everything, as I just want something to eat/drink. Immediately afterwards everything is just peachy again.
I always have either fish or yolks+OJ as the last meal. I will start adding a tablespoon of OO or coconut oil to each of them, and I'll get back to you on how it works out.
Oh BTW, I tried those local eggs... much better. Deeper yellow, very round, and firm. They didn't break as easily as the other eggs, and I think they tasted better too. Definitely fresher if you ask me.
