If you are susceptible to acne, you dont want these.
I do not mind about acne. I'm more worried about nitrogen etc... Besides, fish, as I said, is not wild so it might contains drugs...

So from how much grams it becomes bad for health?
And if I was on a 100 gr proteins diet, which would be better: to reduce fish or pills?

By the way, I didn't include the pills in the 40gr.

Thats impossible to tell. Too many variables.
Your diet is certainly not high in protein, so that you can easily increase your fish intake,
which is most efficiently, and safe.
