You are not consuming excess protein.
The Tropicana may cause some water retention though.
Can you not get frozen salmon? (its not that expensive)

Hi sorry my internet was out for over a week
Well I have started to juice my own OJ, the effects have improved on my skin within 4 days. The only downfall is to make about 900ml of juice is almost 3 times the price of buying tropicana =( I cannot fit drinking 1800ml of juice a day so I think I'm just gonna drink 800ml, 12 bananas, 2 avocados, 10 egg yolks, 100ml of OO which works out to 400$ a month as opposed to 550$ if I were to drink 1800ml, this is something I can afford. 1 problem I'm used to drinking my bottle of OJ 1 for work and 1 for exercise, can I use something else for my workouts that is cost effective?
I haven't been working out daily solely because the after pain last for like 3 days minimum. Gosh those squats! I made sure to not do so many because I know of the pain and how interfering it is to have sore legs, 4th day and they still are sore, but getting better. Also during this time of recovery I have caught the flu which resulted in my throwing up and not eating =( (no eggs for 3 days and not much fruit because of my low appetite), and to top it off my bank screwed up and I was unable to buy groceries so I ate little that day when I felt better, I lost about 5 lbs during that now I'm back to 122lbs... I wonder if this has any effect on my muscle growth, my muscles still are sore today, I had protein 8 eggs after my last workout.

Wow, how do you manage to put down almost 4000 calories?? I'm 158lbs and I can barely eat 2000-2500 per day..
I wouldn't stop the walking if you enjoy it (it's really nothing, 200 calories/hour)

I don't know it's hard I literately and mentally force myself to eat, it's frustrating, I sometimes gag a little while eating... Uhm, forcing yourself to eat isn't really useful, especially if your total intake is that much. It's easier if you drink and eat less fat/oil anyway.

it's not totally forcing, it just mentally hard to eat, I think i'm just gagging because of bananas are really starting to taste like nothing or sometimes they just taste like chemicals (i know odd) I'm just really turned off by the food I eat and I feel like gagging. To clarify: I meant to say "It's easier to drink more than to eat more, and it's also easier to eat/drink more when you eat less fat/oil".

Yes, when you need energy, the easiest way to get it, is by drinking juices.
If you need even more energy, add sugar and a few drops of oil.

Ok I hate saying this but I fell off the wagon AGAIN, but on the flip side I'm getting used to walking around with terrible skin lol. Anyways thanks for the useful info guys always appreciate it, I think I will take less oil and drink more juices. I'm back to Tropicana for now anyways I cannot afford to juice but anyways, and gonna hold off on exercise for 3 weeks at least, gotta fix some stuff before I move on to exercise, I think I was getting ahead of myself.
I really hate this relapse BS over and over and I have been reading this book about poker which is some guy who's a psychiatrist who deals with the emotional downs and ups and it's effects on your game. His modules and plans seem very concrete and gave me deep insights about my game, he said you can use these approaches to other aspects of life, and I know these work well with my poker game so I'm gonna try them out such as writing down my thoughts and observations so I don't relapse again and fuck everything up. I think when I was writing my diet diary it helped me stay focused, so I'm gonna write a personal journal of my experiences with the diet and try to discover the causes of this relapse thing.

Hi pete.. are you still around?I've gained 10lbs in the past week 120lbs to 130lbs
currently eating 8-10 bananas, 2avacados, 7large eggs, 1700-1800ml of OJ and 135-150ml OO a day. My skin has reacted a bit to this uptake in protein.

I'm 29 yo, 5"7 and on the 131-132 lbs range. Food intake : currently 4-5 banana (med size), 1 avocado, 6 normal eggs, 1000 ml OJ and 60 ml OO a day (+15 ml raw honey, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber and 200 g sugar)
I think if you incorporate sugar into your diet, it will be much more kcal added... the OJ's gotta be pure though to suffice nutrient requirement. I don't believe in processed stuffs altho they said 100% pure.. (they do taste different, don't they?). Some brand even shamelessly put the OJ as "pure 100%", but taste just like an orange syrup... probably only the pulp that's remotely close to "pure".
kcal from tropicana can't be regarded the same to the OJ in Wai's nut calc.
