Otherwise Im fruits, nuts, egg yolks and sahimi all the way. Thank God I'm a sushi addict.
I found Wai after doing a seven day juice detox and was searching for a 'new' approach to eating and life. The spinach was leftover from juicing and i just love it. Can it be a munch food, and I don''t over cook.
I am on day six and learning.
