Simple: Snapple, Sobe, or any expensive mineral water bottle.

I was doing some readings and I came up with this journal article about how BPA is combined with insulin affects the formation of fat cells, hence disrupting weight regulation. Here's the article:

Does anyone know if aluminium bottles are safe? There is this Swiss bottle manufacturers, SIGG, that produces aluminium bottles originally made for climbers, hikers, mainly for outdoor sport. I don't want to switch to a glass bottle due to its fragile nature.

There is also an article at Mercola.com that tells the same warning about plastics: http://www.mercola.com/2003/apr/16/food_storage.htm

It's always something!

I wonder if a diet higher in fat and oil, might bind with and carry some of the plastic toxins out of the body???
