When is the best time to start taking in energy?
I read an interesting article that stated it's best to wait maybe up to 5 hours after waking to start eating, because you get an additional 5 hours of "cleansing" only water is acceptable upon waking.... what do you think?

That was regarding a normal diet, with all the garbage and other remainders (also containing energy) still in your intestines.
Your body needs cleansing if garbage is coming in.
With this diet, no garbage is coming in, so you are clean inside, and dont need any cleansing (enzymes are cleaning up your inside 24/7 anyway)
With this diet, the best time to start taking in energy is almost right after you have woke up, because with this diet, pretty much all energy available in your intestines has been used up during the nigh, and your blood energy levels will run empty. To prevent the conversion of muscles into energy, you need to take in energy.
