html isn't valid
Is there anyway you would be open to making your page use valid html? I'd be happy to help with this.
Thee are many pags here that use <pre>. This prevents the browser from being able to render the html to take advantage of my monitor size. It defeats the purpose of html and was meant to be used in small isolated blocks not for entire articles.
Some articles are in a narrow colum down my screen. My browser width isn't utilized.
the main page doesn't validate:
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=www.waisays.com
Like I said, if you want to address any of these points I'd be happy to volenteer my help.

cons
the biggest issue for me (I use Linux and Firefox not Microsoft Windows and IE) is that many of the pages don't render correctly. I see buttons and dropdown on top of text.
If you opt to use valid html, it your page will look the same on all browsers.

How do you write your pages? For examle, this:
http://www.13.waisays.com/cigarettes.htm
seems like really odd html
It is very formatted. It seems like every seinge line has its own stylesheet reference and is using a paragraph tag.
Using http://www.13.waisays.com/cigarettes.htm as an example, to fix it it would simply need to be rewritten (or cut and pasted) to be simple html. I could send you ao sample file if you want to see the difference.
The new page would render to any screen size and take full advantage of the settings as opposed to the current one which is kind of hard formatted (something that kind of goes against the purpose of html)
Would you mind if I put one of your pages on my webserver with a before and after link? I could put them on a private link if you don't want me publishing your pages on my server then remove then after you see what I mean.

ps
if you view http://www.13.waisays.com/cigarettes.htm and make your browser smaller it makes a scroll bar, it should just render the text for the smaller browser with shorter lines, not witha scroll bar (same goes for making it larger but I already mentioned that)

wow, I didn't realize how much work this will be...
Just to give a basic idea of what I am talking about I just did the a small part.
here is the current page: http://www.13.waisays.com/cigarettes.htm
and closer to normal html: http://jjdev.com/cigarettes.html
if you load both pages then resize the width of your browser from very wide to very small and a few places in between you will see how the new page renders to your screen and how the current page doesn't
html is meant to render to your screen not be static
If you do a 'view source' on the current page you will see how odd the html is.
If who ever makes the decison sees this the way I do and thinks it is worth changing I can work with them on making it happen.

I don't think it's that difficult. Maybe you can look here: http://www.w3schools.com/
Should be far easier than coding the style in html for each document...
