egg yolk (twice) in calculator
why is egg yolk listed twice on the calculator?
I choose the second one and get 0 calories for 100 gr of yolk. Am I doing something wrong? also, what does it mean when it says items missing?
here is the output:
RDA: FDA Children, 0.0-0.5YR, 6kg, 13lb, 60cm, 24in
Selection:
[Item-1] 100g (grams) of Chicken Egg yolk (Gallus domesticus), raw, [2].
Weight:.......................................100.0000g
Constituents...................................Quantity..............RDA
Water..........................................50.00000g ..............?g
Energy..........................................0.00000kcal ......650.00kcal missing items:1
