How long do you take to juice a cup of OJ?
I take about 30 minutes! What about you guys? I think I am the slowest.
Re: How long do you take to juice a cup of OJ?
30 minutes????
one cup???
How do you do that?
Do you separately squeeze every single orange particle between your fingers?
Juicing normally (by hand or machine) its a matter of seconds, not minutes.

I cut the orange into two segments, then squeeze the juice from each segment into a cup. I make sure I squeeze out every juice there is so as not to waste.
2 valencia oranges = 1 cup
2 valencia oranges = 1 cup

You take THIRTY MINUTES to juice two oranges? Man, you better factor your LIFE ENERGY and waste of time into the equation of 'wasting'.

Any suggestions to speed things up?

Don't waste time getting every last drop or, switch to eating whole oranges lol
I mean, just think, how much energy it takes your body to juice (assuming it's partly manual) the orange that long, even if it's not, just standing there breathing BEING ALIVE takes more energy than those last drops, it's not worth it.
Lol we have the same exact post count.

1 cup would be 30 secs rather than 30 mins (excluding cleaning).

No way! Care to make a little video showing how you do it? Seeing is believing!

There are already tutorials for this on youtube, incredible as it may seem.
I can't really understand how hard it can be?
I choose a little sumthing for ya, because this features a mechanical device which comes in different shapes, and is really cheap.. And if this tutorial doesn't do the trick for you, there are plenty of others.

As a matter of fact someone already videoed me while squeezing OJ, but I'm not sure if/when it'll be Youtubelized

Why are there always bubbles that look like foam after I finish juicing a cup of OJ?
Re: How long do you take to juice a cup of OJ?
These are small fiber particles that float on top of the juice.
