New to break outs
I started the diet about 5 weeks ago, to combat an extra 5 pds and some cellulite last. Since starting the diet I have had a few pimples on my forehead and now two on my chin area. I never broke out in the past 10 years ! Is this usual when starting this diet ???

Re: wine
I've heard that wine 'helps digestion'. Does anyone know of any documents that support this at all? I love wine and drink it often, but don't see how drinking wine can possible actually help anything except for the way you feel. I like dry red wine and I live in wine country and have a wine cellar....

I have been following the diet a month, 2 weeks strict...no changes yet. I have been struggling with the 4-5 pds that I gain every winter for years and ye...

I'm not sure how you got your green juices, but if premade they could've been heated, and even if selfmade, a blender could produce small amounts of dirty protein. I'm not saying this is a likely cause, but if someone is extremely sensitive, every bit counts. I have an Omega 8005,masticating juice ...

I thought, from reading, that green drinks digest easily, full of enzymes and all that good stuff, w/o the fiber, so they digest well. This would seem to limit dirty protein and t...
