Re: Fictors Fasting Adventures
A little acne today, but nothing major. Skin looks good apart from some small blemishes on my forehead. Ate some dried figs yesterday (a lot of fiber) but digestion is still pretty good! :) I will be breaking the fast with some bananas, pineaple and wine/drinks today. Alchohol usually dont make me b...

Re: Wai baby
Cool! Very cute kids RRM! :) I am getting a daughter myself this year, and will try to give her as much raw food as possible. Her mother eats a diet based on whole foods, quite a lot of raw fruits and vegetables, som raw fish, and cooked meat. Some milk products and grains, but as little as possible...

Fictors Fasting Adventures
Ohoy! I read about RRM and you other guys experimenting with IF on Wai, and (having done some IF on a raw diet of veggies and raw fish) started my own experiment already the next day. Now, tree days in, my skin looks better than on the veggie-diet, I feel great and I did my best bench press session ...

Re: Wai Warrior - for autophagy - AN EXPERIMENT
-Have you not experienced any worsening of your skin during the fasting, from increased blood protein levels due to muscle breakdown, or any other reasons? This cannot be the case, muscle breakdown due to lack of protein from diet would give you the minimal possible amount of blood protein ever, be...

Re: Wai Warrior - for autophagy - AN EXPERIMENT
I havent had the time to drop by here in quite a few months, and it was really funny to read this thread, as I have also experimented with intermittent fasting lately! :) However, my diet and my results was a bit different than yours, RRM: -I began by changing from a typical Wai diet (whole fruits, ...

Re: Muscle-mass, working out, testosterone and acne
If you repeat that every week, it may be just too much though, so be prepared... Yes, we will see. 2 days is probably too much. Might be. I will report after trying one day. If that works fine for 2-3 weeks, I will try two days. Maybe adding 100 grams of meat or fish once a week, in addition to my ...

Re: Muscle-mass, working out, testosterone and acne
At least some day your protein tolerance will increase, as it did in me (at 45). I hope so, RRM :) I have been thinking about one thing, though. It seems that only a small increase in yolk intake (i tried going from about 8 yolks per day, to nine) triggers a bad response in my skin (lots of small p...

Re: Muscle-mass, working out, testosterone and acne
Update: Still doing squats, deads, chin ups, bench press and standing overhead press. Less acne than ever :) However, progress is kind of slow, probably due to the fact that I eat just 105-115 grams og egg yolk per day (and fruits and some veggies). My skin cant seem to tolerate more than that. I ha...

Re: Inactivity After Protein
I try to eat my "dinner" of yolks, fish or meat 1-2 hour before bedtime, and just have some juice after, before going to bed. However, I often dont get the time to, so I end up eating my animal foods right before going to bed. I never had any problems with this, but tend to dream more, or remember m...

Re: Big Saladlos
It's critical to keep in mind that our 'ew, nasty!' response to bitter tasting foods, even extremely bitter ones, are totally conditioned responses! Can you back that up? I believe that this is a totally natural response, because bitters are "toxic". It is as natural as liking the taste of sweet fo...

Re: How Much Olive Oil Do You Drink A Day?
I just sip from the bottle with every meal, not really paying attention to how much goes in I go through abaout one bottle (I think it is 0,7 liters) a week, in addition to a small amount of cocnut oil, a few nuts and the fats from eggyolks, fish and meat.

Re: How many fruits per day do you eat?
Something like 8-10 bananas and 1-3 apples. Sometimes i switch some of these for grapes, and sometimes I throw in some pineapple, mango, peach or watermelon. I also eat avocado and tomato every day.

For unsalted, freshwater-cured olives, check out http://www.therawgreek.com :) That site seems really nice, fictor! Ever tried any of their products? Oh, I did not see this reply until now! Sorry :/ Yes, I have ordered and eaten these olives on numerous occasions. They are super nice, in my opinion...

Ok, after reading all that, can we all agree 1 - While intoxicated a person can harm themselves 2 - A person may run into legal issues for consuming them 3 - Some* people can have long term physical harm caused directly by the drug (schizo, depression) *some is a course for debate. Possibly less th...

It's clear you have no grasp on what I'm saying Oh, I grasp it, I just dont agree :) cars being more dangerous than drugs so drugs are okay Again you are either twisting my words, or not really getting what I am saying.
