Re: Caesarean recovery and breastfeeding on Wai
Our daughter is now 4,5 months and I would like to introduce egg yolk to her, one drop at a time. Her father is not a Wai dieter and is worried about the raw egg yolk. He is worried that the eggs from the supermarket are not good enough quality for a small baby. He has read on the internet about the...

Caesarean recovery and breastfeeding on Wai
Hi all! It was a while back, and since then I have given birth to a baby girl. I plan to feed her Wai so we have another Wai baby in our forum now! Her birth was by c-section and throughout the healing process I had to eat antibiotics several times because of infection on the scar. I had 3 day antib...

Re: How do you prepare your raw fish?
Hello Sand86id! Yes it is true that really fresh fish has no fishy smell at all. If you have never had really good raw fish it might be a good idea for you to go to a good japanese restaurant and have sashimi at least once, just so that you know what to look for in fish in the future! :) Fresh fish ...

Re: Espirito diary
Dear Espirito,
try to avoid to eat egg yolks together with solid food, eat them alone or with sieved juice only, and then wait 1,5 hours before you eat solid food again. Also: Don't eat solid food 1,5 hours before the egg yolks either.

Re: Pré/After Workout Recipie: Yolk and raisins
Usually it is not recommended here to eat animal protein like egg yolks together with a fiber rich food like raisins, because it will digest less good and likely cause gas. But hey, everybody is different and if you don't experience any such problems then just go for it!

Re: Hair treatment (for girls)
Iris,
How long is your hair and how many egg yolks do you use per wash?
Are you not bothered by the smell of egg or vinegar in your hair after the wash?
I was, but it seems to help to put some essential oils in the mix

Re: Severe acne from last 16 years
Panacea, if salt is actually good for us that would be great news because I love the taste of salty things. Unfortunately in my personal experience from a long time of experimenting, every time I eat anything salty at all, sea salt or other salt doesn't matter, the acne (and also cellulite) gets wor...

1 bite of chocolate icecream with peanut butter. Wow, I did not eat icecream for maybe a year. I can't remember when I last ate icecream. Hi Aytundra! Have you tried to make ice cream from frozen bananas? You freeze peeled bananas, and then blend or process in food processor or slow juice them and ...

Salt
I don't know why wai would have a problem with sea salt as it's a naturally absorbed through the skin by everyone who wades in seawater.. a very common thing for ancestral humans, our bodies don't even have "fur" and have subcateneous fat because of our semiaquatic evolution, however it remains to ...

Re: Severe acne from last 16 years
Hi Mita! I am so happy for you that you found the Wai, welcome! :) In the beginning it is important to keep away from everything salty and other un-wai foods. Also, it seems to me that for many people 2 weeks is not enough to get rid of the acne, especially if there is a lot of it. For me it took se...
