Hi, I am still not sure how much Sugar and OO i need to add to my OJ, or the ratio?
can someone clarify this for me
What oil? Which vinegar? What about sugar?

It depends on how much you need. You could add a teaspoon of OO and sugar per 500ml, but that's just a suggestion. The more physically active you are and the more OJ you drink, the less OO and the more sugar you want to use. In general I would go for a ratio of about 3:1 (carbs:fat), for starters.
