Drying fruit with a Waring Dehydrator

Hello,
Ive been on the acne sample diet for 2 weeks and I wanted to start drying my own fruit. I have a waring dehydrator that has the option of a fan only, low, medium or high. I was wondering if I could use this as a substitute instead of sun drying. The low option has very low heat that comes out, would this work?

Yes, but the heat needs to be low, so you need to check that with a thermometer.
You should only start experimenting with that after you managed to be 100% clear for a few weeks.

Dried fruits will causes intestinal gasses though.
For optimal digestion, sieved juices are best.
