for example, drizzling oil on watermelon, diced apples, dipping a banana in coconut oil etc. obviously, the orange juice and EVOO combo is popular.
the reason i ask is because i thought i read somewhere in the forum that we should wait a few minutes after ingesting fruit so that the sugars can begin to be utilized before taking in fat. i just can't find where i thought i read that.
am i crazy?!
