On Others:
* I think it is safe to say that the Others have adjusted/acclimatized to the fact of seeing me eat a lot of fruits.
- I am eating dinner at the table 2-4 times a week,
and the Others do not ask me about the volume of sliced oranges and peeled tomatoes anymore.
- Outsourcing the task of buying fruits is easier to frugal aytundra; who does not make rational decisions in a supermarket, she usually stocks too little.
- In fact one of them has overloaded the fridge with oranges tomatoes, and other fruits; now the difficulty is trying to consume them before they all spoil.
- She mentioned that she gets comments and looks from shoppers and cashiers on why she's buying so many tomatoes, "Are they on sale?", "What are you going to cook with that?". Then some shoppers eyeing her cart thinks it must be a sale, and also goes and buy some.
lol.
- I usually eat 4 oranges, the past few days sometimes a few slices were stolen 2.75, 3.75; they steal oranges usually, and tomatoes for their soup.
- Cucumber salad one of them really likes it and makes it from time to time.
- I think they are temporarily relieved that I still buy junk food, bringing home stuff from the pizza store.
- They do try to make me eat (try) their stuff still; hence some random junk foods.
- They think I am vegetarian.
haha, not!

I have underestimated the appealability of junk food. - projunkfood-as-supplement-acclimatize-aytundra
Quick, flavourful, and expensive.
Even frugal-aytundra is aghast at such junk food eating behaviour. - raw-aytundra
Such that it feels like impossible to be rid of them.
I have went GW? for a few days consecutively without junk food.
Most days of GW? were tolerable, in fact I liked the feeling of eating food only at night, it felt a bit easier to do than the normal Wai diet, switching towards Wai Warrior. More concentrated time, less of a time sprawl of food preparation time and cleaning time.
But I didn't really have much of a choice either on doing GW?, "Going Warrior?" was a default option because I could only be home in the late evenings in February and that is the only time I can actually prepare fruits and food; and currently I am trying to see how much I can cram at the end of the day without offsetting the 'not eating enough' factor which would leave me hungry in the early or late mornings.

Let me put the situation into context.
A pizza store is literally 3 steps (19 steps i counted) away from where I work. The drywalls are thin enough to permeate pizza smell into the cubicle of where I sit.
I have worked 2 years beside this store without ever buying their chicken wings or bread. Then one day I thought I was skinny and thought I should buy a bit of chicken, which came along with bread.

I am also bummed out about the idea of stocking tomatoes they spoil too fast, I had to throw out ~10 of them yesterday, they got moldy.}

Summary: I went "Going Warrior?" 30 days ago.
The "GW?" Version was Aytundra's version of "trying" to switch to Warrior with as much Wai calculator foods as possible.
And as usual acclimatize-aytundra would permit junk foods like those orange life vest if necessary.
"Orange Floating Cheetos Bag is not funny to raw aytundra, as she prefers to be a dolphin in a garbage free ocean." - Junk Food Aytundra.
That bag is empty. Bans artificial orange coloured foods. Junk food shelf is empty.
Munch food shelf is stocked.

The Price Problem! $$$
** Junk non-sense is not acceptable.
Neither is the price of eating both junk-free and junk foods together, as "GW?" left me on some hungry junk food eating quests.
I calculated the lowest price of "GW?" costs "25 eggs to 75 eggs/day".
But I did not plan for the additional cost of junk food, + 60 eggs on top of junk-free foods.

25 eggs = I can afford per day.
75 eggs = Do able without rent.
175 eggs = fancy restaurants + junk + food = I will be in the negatives of negatives.
[Note: When I say it costs 25 eggs, I do not mean that I ate that many eggs, I used eggs as a base unit so that it becomes an international money/price reference point. Most contries sell chicken eggs, and most humans eat them for food. I also used the cheapest average cost of eggs.]

The Calorie Problem!
** I went GW? because, I was confident I could eat all the calories on the RDA in a small window of time at a low price.
I calculated sugar to oil ratio based on calories. Aytundra's Calorie vs Price vs Nutrients Map Feb 2015
Such that if I ate all the sugar and oils calculated I would get 43% of my calories there, and 57% would be left for food to fill.
I managed to eat strictly what I calculated for ~3 - 4 days of the 30 days.
And eating like that did not work too well because:
avocado-banana caused fiber-poo issues.
highsugar-lowoil was leaving acid-after-taste.
and I did not gain weight still 42kg. Similar to November's weight. {I think too much junk food interfered}
Ratio was 1:1 fat calories : sugar calories. <--- (This is wrong approach. Aytundra made a mistake in thinking. Ratio should not be based on calories. Oops!)

But if I went for the 75 eggs formula, the fiberless version and tweaked it for cholesterol-oil-sugar, maybe I can gain weight.

Where does that leave me?

*I am very surprised that I got leg cramps, I am drinking more oj than my normal volume of ml, however it is not real oj but C-oj, concentrated oj, likely pasteurized, however waking up to this cramp made me reread the label of MntMdHS, and it read 0% calcium on the label. Oops, that is not good, oj is for a source of Ca. Using C-oj will defeat that purpose.
So maybe I am not getting enough calcium via concentrated orange juice, and also I had 2 bananas last night, though I can generally tolerate 4 bananas before poo issues starts, if I had been low on calcium the past few days while using C-oj, then maybe C-oj is not a good replacement for real-oj.
Solution: maybe I should juice real oranges or add more eggs^^^.
Confounding variable: Chocolates, have calcium and magnesium.

Why does pizza smell so good? They asked if I want some, I said "ah no thanks" - junk-refusing-aytundra lol. :) }

^^Itso tough doing this diet facing craves. my sister opened up a new bar of chocolate almonds and i eyed it every next moment as i washed the dishes. In general my mood was quite smiley and happy today. Maybe because I was munchfoodless and junkfoodless yesterday.

Anyways, Today, I feel like a floppy hand puppet, carefree, relaxed, happy and floppy. That flops right up with a smile on interaction. Happy go lucky.

experience tells me that if i eat enough at night i can go on warriore no problem. i can sit through a day until the next sunset and not eat. Cram fruits, sugar, eggs oil then fish. Looks like i'll be busy.

Actually I really like the starchy chewy fiber of the soup stewed arrowroot, the more it is chewed, the more flossy bubblegum (sans-bubble) like it becomes until it gets to dense to be chewy and I spit it out.

I can feel the itch from the mangoes, but it has not flared up in allergic reaction yet.
I love mangoes. They taste so good.

* Kent mangoes taste = smell of ataulfo mango + apple-ish + nectarine-peach-texture + orange-ish taste.
The mango is a bit stiffer than an ataulfo mango. I think it was ripe, it had a black spot and some amber-like sap on the skin, but it did not smell mangoey.I was getting mild tingle of itchy sensation on first bite; i peeled the skin though, so it wasn't like I was eating near the skin.
The next morning, no real allergic reaction, and my mouth looks fine.

Seriously though, I just need to eat more, make time to eat more, and physically I walk/run & in-heels (sometimes) (hmm i should get rid of that winter boots for flats) minimum 40 times a day of ~15 meters each time. When I get home I am tired, I don't have time to juice, just hungry, then I still have to do chores at home, like dishes, floors etc. Then I have time to eat a bit more, maybe. I don't really like eating, after my hands smells like gloves from dish washing. And leaving protein to be eaten before bed has been thwarted by such schedule.

What other exercise other than walking, are you thinking of Rogiin et al?

The shreddies was a joke, but if you need to gain weight and it is imperative that you do so, then even eating shreddies is better than nothing!

So you walk 40x15 metres a day? 600 metre total? That is a very accurate calculation! And not very much at all! Any activity that you enjoy, maybe implement cycling into daily commuting is an easy start. Then find activities that you enjoy, that are somewhat physical, it could be anything! Even do a bit of a basic/standard muscle building routine with bodyweight / weights.

If something is important enough you will find time. Your blog is really interesting, you have plenty of time spent thinking and writing on here, going round and round in circles, maybe just make a decision and stick with something and get some results instead!

Could you summarise some basic info, you are female correct? Age / height / weight >> and exactly what goal you are trying to achieve with experimenting with diet.

Gaining weight is easy, you need to be consistent, know how many calories you are eating - if not gaining weight on week 1 add some more calories on week 2 and so forth until weight is gaining until goal is reached. To be a 100kg person you have to eat like a 100kg person. It is easy, you just have to do it without excuses.

I think you are overthinking and seemingly mockingly disingenuous.

If this is more a personal diary in which you do not want external input that is fine and I will not offer my words, after skimming this diary over the year you just seem to be on a non stop roundabout and thought I'd ruffle your feathers a bit because it must be driving you insane thinking you should eat a wai diet, and then every other day going back to fried food or similar like a yoyo. It must get dizzy!

One last thing to offer, perhaps consider adding pure sodium chloride to your wai diet, to your fruits and juices even. I know it isn't recommended here, but it is extremely imperative to life and not a big deal in my opinion, it might even keep you wai for longer. There must be a reason why you keep going back to "wrong" food choices when you probably think you have the answer already. If we assume that the wai diet supplies all protein,fat,sugar and nutrients that is required, and that you are eating enough there can only be two reasons I think why you do not stick to Wai. Either you are not as in control of your mind and cravings as you think you are or SALT. So maybe try the salt.
