Once the framework has been completed; what program should I download to be able to make minor adjustments myself (eg new urls, as we are in the process of moving the sites to a different host) ?

I don't think it's possible with only html, you need at least Javascript as far as I know. You can use a normal text editor, or a special html editor like Dreamweaver. Adjusting isn't that difficult. For this menu there is also a helpfile where every item and variable is explained. I can mail you all the necessary files.

Okay, I'm almost done offering multiple layers of a floating (in-frame) navigation bar on the waisays websites. ( www.youngerthanyourage.com/home.htm )

Besides that, we also want to offer navigation without the use of frames (Oscar's javascript).

I have a question:
How can you create link to a page / other website that will open a new window when you click on it? (for the boards and for full screen pdf files)

The simple way: just open a new window without any controlling that window:

The difficult way: use Javascript.

Btw, the frame option doesn't seem to work with Mozilla...I only get the frame to the upmost right of the page, nothing on the left side.

Hi RRM,
I noticed the navigation bars are up and working. Great!
Only thing is that I think they are too close to the google search box and should be higher. While looking up something with google the navigation menu pulls out and that's not so good.
