No, you need your sleep; its essential.
Instead, you need to learn to fill up your glycogen depots sufficiently,

That's right. I forgot how good sleep is.
When I used to work night shift I really didn't feel good at all.
And when glycogen depots are low, nothing feels good.
I had OJ, OO and dextros :P I feel fine now.
