Takes a deep breath.

Harghh! I have so much to write. {Hard + arghh, raw aytundra is learning to growl with words.}
This is another diary entry item that needs warning labels and disclaimers before I start writing.
This is so much like a deja vu of last year: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=3558&start=75

Places stickers on this post:
This in NOT a puzzle. This is not a toy. Plastic bag may cause suffocation. Keep out of reach of small children!

Comments as usual are welcome.

Fine Prints:
Warning extremely long post. Quick summary is at the bottom. Disclaimer: Aytundra will not be liable for any headaches caused by reading this EXTRA long post, or any headaches caused by people trying to figure out which item is Wai or unWai, this post is NOT a puzzle. In fact, aytundra was embarrassed at eating so many unWai items, that she did not want to post this. But her factual side insists. So here it is:

5:30 - 6:00 wake and snooze
6:00 - 6:15 1 banana, 300ml (3 oranges)

10:30 30-40 almonds

14:15 beef noodle soup (food choosen was by choice, restaurant not by choice)
5-7 thin slices of raw beef (2mm x 4 cm x 6 cm) kinda got completely cooked in the beef soup, bean sprouts,~ 1 tbsp spring onions, ~ 1 tsp parsley, rice noodles.

19:30 buffet (food choosen was by choice, restaurant not by choice)
Plate 1
2 pieces of canned baby corn
7 slices of canned peaches { I liked the peaches.}
2 spoons of fake crab salad
1 spoon of swiss chicken salad {cooked chicken tasted very blah and salty}
3 black olives
7 cherry tomatoes { tomato skins, me don't like the texture here.}

Plate 2
1 piece of canned baby corn
9 slices of canned peaches
1 crab leg
4 black olives
3 green olives

Plate 3
4 slices of watermelon (7cm height, 5cm base, 1 cm width)
pieces of bite sized 3 pineapple, 1 honey dew, 1 canteloupe
1 bite sized piece of baked salmon

Plate 4
5 fried chicken wings (drumstick) fried skin discarded. { aytundra got peer pressured }
Some comments from table mates:
"Now she is eating. I thought she doesn't eat fried foods." Table friend 1.
"You're eating dead animals." Table friend 2, vegetarian.

Plate 5
walking with the vegetarian I got to put these on my plate:
V: "Try the salad:"
1 piece of pasta
V: "what is that? only 1 piece?"

V: "Try the potatoes:"
1 piece of baby potato
A: "It is roasted."

V: "I like the potatoes with their gravy."
1 spoon of mashed potatoes, 1 piece of baby carrot, 3 peas
A: "Hmm not the gravy."

V: "Yorkshire pudding is it vegetarian?"
A: "I don't know, it is cooked. Does it contain eggs?"
V: "Can't have eggs, it smells eggy."
-----
0.5 piece of strawberry warmed, 2 cm height of a piece of banana warmed {apparently fruits were warmed for waffle topping}
1 chocolate strawberry
1 chocolate covered marshmellow
1 cubic inch of new york cheese cake
1 cm x 1 cm x 3 cm nanaimo bar
3 inch cube of lemon cake
1 spoon of whipped creme
1 spoon of 3 spoons of mango pudding {didn't finish, because I was stuffed, and was vomitting* chocolate marshmellows (i think it was the marshmellow, it looked like the gooeyness was thickened by marshmellow.)}
1 tsp of yogurt {artificial taste was yucky}

24:00 - 7:00 Sleep
---

Sat May 30, 2015
7:00 wake
10:00 1 banana, > 800 ml (8 oranges), 1 tsp oo
18:30 1 banana, > 600 ml (6 oranges)
24:00
---

Sun May 31, 2015
8:00 wake
9:30 1 banana, >800ml (8 oranges), 1 tsp oo

13:00
~ 60-80 g of cooked duck meat, roasted skin removed
5 spoons of couscous + 3 tsp salted butter
3 chocolate chip cookie
1 banana
{ate foods I craved}

15:00 250 ml boxed Soy drink, (reads the ingredients, UHT + non GMO soy + sucrose and fructose. <--- This is a theoretical nightmare, but it is too late, aytundra finished the box.) {She ignores my growls. - raw aytundra is quite capable of ungruntingness.}
15:45 0.5 banana, 3/4 orange

18:50 150 g salmon, interiors raw, exterior steamed.
4 chocolate chip cookie
24:00

----------
Summary:
Friday, aytundra went to 2 restaurants not by choice, but breaks rules by choice.
Saturday, the calm before the storm.
Sunday, nope I did not react to chocolate chip cookies, *I almost thought I was beginning to be allergic to chocolate; Wed cucumber + chocolate, and Fri chocolate with desserts.

----------------------
Goal for JUNE
This should be fun.
Rule 1 is to not eat any Wai items in June.
Rule 2 is to not post anything before July.
I expect alot of coughs.

I suppose if it's not strange to you then carry on.. Lol
I would assume you're not mentally insane, but whenever I see someone referring to themselves in third person repeatedly (and especially to a non-name) then it shoots up red flags of "this person is a little crazy". But I guess the world needs a little crazy sometimes too. And maybe you're just being funny and I missed it, haha.

Note: I think you're pretty cool, so no hard feelings, just can't figure out why your brain goes for those extra keyboard keys

Aytundra will summarize Panacea's comments like this:
If 2omeone u2e2 the third per2on, then Panacea think2 they are mentally in2ane, and a little cra2y.
Then, Aytundra think2, Panacea will likely think, that pa22ive voice writer2 are also a little cra2y.

Hey what do you mean by a "non-name" !?!?
Aytundra is a name, is it not? aytundra, tundra
Pannotia too, is it not? panacea, pannotia
Semi-Homophones of Geography derived names.

Tissue paper? Here have a box.

Mon June 1, 2015
9:50 1 banana, 700ml (7 oranges), 1 tsp oo
12:30 1 orange
15:00 30-40 almonds
16:00 1 banana, 1 orange
18:30 1 mini egg tart (3 cm diameter, 2 cm height)
22:00 1 soft drink ~ 500 ml (orange-vanilla flavoured but no real juice),1 hamburger (lettuce, tomato, ketchup, onion, pickles), 1 cup of french fries
24:00 - 8:00
---
Challenge:
1) Mini egg tart, treats from a classmate.
2) Hamburger from burger store I never went to before.

Motivation: Break rules because it is June. I did not do too well breaking rules, because I ate healthy most of the day.

Curiosity: French fries had a cardboard paper layer wrapping a foam texture. It looked like I was eating brown dirty shoelace. I will never order french fries from that place it looked like garbage, other burger restaurants have better looking french fries.
Burger was mediocre. I can't remember the last time I had a burger, maybe it was a year ago, I don't know if I wrote about a burger in this diary. I can't recall writing one. I dont like or dislike the burger, the texture was interesting, I haven't chewed on something so big for quite a while. I can say I probably wolfed it down slightly. But it wasn't like anything that was mouth watering, it was more like: Why is the bun so much like a paper foam texture? A burger is basically 2 foams between some squishy salty meat and crunchy leaflets of plastic that sits in the stomach until mid-morning. Orange-vanilla soft drink is like they forgot the tanginess of real orange, and the vanilla feels too foreign as if artificial vanilla for the lack of words.

Tues June 2, 2015
8:00 wakes up with the feeling of burger sitting in my stomach.
8:00 - 9:00
9:30 I did not feel like eating, I can feel burger still.
11:30 100 ml water
12:30 1 banana, 300 ml water
14:45 200 ml water
17:00 1 orange, 35-40 almonds, 200 ml water
21:00* 1 bubble gum in my pocket from a classmate.
22:00 300 ml water
24:00 - 8:07
---
Challenge:
1) Wanted to increase my fluid intake/day to 2 L, starting with water maybe I will switch to juice later. Only ended with 1.1L water.
*2) Did not eat anything from ****bucks. Hmm bubble gum is that food or not food? It is discarded, but it contains artificial sugar.

Curiosity: What does spring water taste like? I never had an expensive Evian. I don't like pH 7.2, water feels mineral-ish.

Motivation: Drink 2 L of water as per average food guide. Reading food guides made me curious if I should actually try them.

Wed June 3, 2015
8:07 woke up really thirsty? and I had water yesterday.
8:30 - 9:00 snooze
9:00 1 banana, 400 ml water
9:30 - 10:00 Nap {Don't know why I am sleepy, maybe it is water. | 2nd thought calories? }
12:00 1 banana, 150 g salmon exterior steamed, 1 banana, 2 inches of cucumber ~50g?
12:30 2 egg yolks, 1 spoon of sugar
14:45 400 ml water
16:00 ~300ml (3 oranges)
20:30 100 ml water
21:35 1 cup of watermelon pieces
---

Challenge:
A) Salmon, I had left it defrosted for 2 days. I had to heat it because I don't want to risk bacteria.
B) Pizza on a pan in front of me. Can smell it. I want it soooo much.
Curiosity: Really wanted to try pizza. It had mushrooms and the cheese, was not burnt brown or anything too scary looking.
C) Fluid intake via water increase, is not my friend. I go to the washroom too much, and I feel like my weight is decreasing (feel like is subjective, I scaled at 41kg this afternoon, so now I will blame water. Have been a constant 42 in the past few weeks.) because of extra fluid output. I can't help but think back to a highschool friend that said she wanted to lose weight by drinking water. Maybe I'll solve this by bulking up the water content with more stuff, like juice with some more food stuff in it.

Motivation: Reasoned not to touch pizza.

Reasoning:
1) Does food contain cells? Was it heated at >100C?
If yes, and yes, then I can't have it. pizza was in oven.

2) If food is less than 100C.
Does the food contain fructose? Was it heated >40C?
If yes, and yes, then I can't have it. tomato has fructose.

Result: Making silly artificial numerical reasons helps, but I can only sit at the table for like 15 - 20 min, then I had to really flee because the smell was really getting to me, so tempting.

Thur June 4, 2015 (not Wai items)
24:00 - 845
8:50 1 banana, 3 oranges
12:00 5 slices of curry chicken + 1 bowl of rice; noodles with beansprouts, onions, bell peppers; 1 bite size of a fried item*, 100ml warm lemon water + sugar (restaurant not by choice, food was partially by choice)
17:50 1 banana, 1 orange, 0.75 orange
22:45 300 g potato salad
23:00 7 chocolate chip cookies
24:00-6:45
---
Challenges:
1) I could have picked some better foods, but cannot be bothered, to hungry to think.
2) I came home late so the defrosted salmon and 9 oranges sitting in a basket has to wait to tomorrow.

Curiosity: Would I gain weight? I don't think it did anything.

Motivation: Fried food was getting to me in the evening, didn't feel right that food was sitting is my stomach.

Fri June 5, 2015 (not Wai items)
6:45 natural wake up had a good sleep, suspects potatoes or calories caused dreams.
7:00 1 banana, 150 g salmon
9:00 200 ml RO water
15:00 1 strawberry (half the seeds removed.)
16:00 2 cups of watermelon, 200 g macaroni salad
22:00 50 almond, 200 g salmon
21:00 800 ml RO water
---
Challenges:
1) I ran out of oranges kinda of, I still have that basket of 9, but when orange supplies are stocked scarcely I feel like I should graze on other fruits that are in the fridge that I kinda ignored for the past few days when I had ample oranges.
2) Macaroni salad, it has a lid, it makes an opening snap, it is orange (cheesy) coloured, expires soon, macaroni is starch, so tempting. Apparently containerized food liking behaviour has not extinguished yet.

Curiosity: Water seems to be taking up orange juices time zones quite well.
Motivation: ambivalent motivation, To believe in food guides or not to believe in food guides that is the question?
{sorry third-person-labelreading-aytundra has to intrude here. In aytundra's opinion, food guides are too broad, you need to read the nutrients, and ingredients and do the math and reasoning. No shortcuts here.}

Sat June 6, 2015 (Wai items; new egg yolk record 10 in a day!)
8:00
9:00 1 banana, 5 egg yolks
12:50 200 g macaroni cheese salad
13:00 my mood is really snappish and awful currently (because I am hungry, but can't be bothered to make meals [this is where if a fast food item strolled in, I would be quite happy to eat it without a rational fight]) despite my nasty mood, my concentration skills in studying is quite focused, I have a feeling it is like that when I am low on calories orwhen my weight drops to 1-2 kg below my current average.
18:45 900 ml oj (9 oranges), 5 egg yolks, 1 banana
22:00 mood is friendlier less snappish
24:00- 8:50
---
Challenge: Really need to gain weight.
Curiosity: Would increasing protein do the trick?
Motivation: ate more egg yolks.
Result: I don't feel (i mean measured) any heavier this morning.

Chapter Two (Tangent Wood) - Aytundra and The Bridge
Holding the silverygrey metal pebble chains. The bridge wobbled against my movements. Immediately I looked to the ledge of the otherside of the bridge. The planks were big and long (wide) and I didn't know how to hold on to the otherside's pebbles widthout letting go of the side I was holding. Standing felt scary, so I sank down and sat on the bridge and pondered what to do.
It was strange, it was not flat (perpendicular to the ground). It was like on a slide but not slippery, it was wood.

Exactly. One rule out the window, one more to go.
- rebellious aytundra

Sun June 7, 2015 (not Wai Items)
8:50
10:00 1 banana, 600ml (6 oranges)
12:50 1 cucumber + 2 spoons of sugar + 1 tsp oo
18:00 3 pieces of cooked shell fish
23:00 700ml (7 oranges)
24:00-9:00
---

Mon June 8, 2015 (not Wai Items)
9:00
10:50 0.5 cucumber
17:00 1 ginger pop can, 1 steak burrito ( steak, white(as opposed to whole grain)wrap, steak, beans, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, cheese, burrito sauce)
22:30 0.5 cucumber, 1.5 cups of watermelon, 1 banana, 200ml (2 oranges)
00:14 -8:50
---
Challenges:
1) I did not have time to bring any snacks.
2) I was located in almost a food desert: near a fruit shop, a burritos store, a sandwich store, a pizza store, a convienience store, + 3 other fast food restaurants.
3) Do you want whole grain or white for the burrito wrap? That was an easy question to answer.

Motivation:
1) Although the fruit catering shop had chocolate dipped fruits cut out in different shapes, all very attractive in colour and texture, it was the price tag that deterred me from even opening the door. $150 eggshells for a few strawberries and fruits, maybe it was the chocolate that was expensive.

Result + Curiosity:
My initial reaction is the burrito is "too salty", did not like the grilled taste and charred flavour.
Keep in mind I have not touched a burrito for like over a year.

Tue June 9, 2015 (not Wai Items)
8:50
10:00 1 banana
11:00* 150g salmon, 600ml (6 oranges)
12:00 1 bite of noodles with beef slices, 1 bite of rice, 0.15 of a leaf of lettuce, 1 slice of pickled carrot. [restaurant not by choice, food was by sampling; I already ate before I went out.]
16:30 1 banana, pineapple, banana
18:00 250 ml water
22:30 0.5 box of poutine box = ~14 x 10 x 8 cm ( frenchfries, cheese curds, chicken, gravy, ketchup, mayonnaise) [restaurant by choice, food by choice.]
23:00 250 ml water
24:00 - 8:51
---
Challenge:
1) I saw some guys at the fastfood restaurant eating their poutine, they seem to be really enjoying their food.

Curiosity:
1) I haven't ate like that for a while (like fork + fastfood {it is such an oxymoron, to eat like that, forks don't really belong with fastfood, as the majority of fastfoods don't consider utensils, pizza, burger, burrito, frenchfries...}), so instead of ordering a burger, I got frenchfries drenched with everything and a plastic fork.
2) Actually, the real thing I was after was: Could I move my weight up like by a point or something?
*3) Maybe I should just eat before I go out to any restaurants. It seemed to work.

Result:
15 minutes after poutine, the skin on my face in general feels a little itchy.
Poutine did not increase my weight.
I woke up with a salty thirsty mouth, and maybe dark shades under my eyes.
Maybe it is because the skin feels a bit dry from the salty foods.
A day later: Okay, I know why I don't eat poutine, I got constipated, I don't know if it was the starch or cheese curds.

Wed June 10, 2015 (not Wai Items)
8:51
12:55 1 banana, 800ml (8 oranges), 5 egg yolks
19:00 grilled chicken and pork with rice noodles, shredded lettuce, spring onions, and beansprouts. [Restaurant not by choice, food by choice.]
0:00 - 8:00?
---
Picking off the grilled marks off of food took forever.
The next day I had loose stools.

Thur June 11, 2015 (not Wai Items)
8:00?
11:45 [restaurant not by choice; food, I can't care any more, trying to gain weight.]
1 shrimp steamed rice roll.
1 suimai shrimp beef paste steamed.
1 chiuchow dumpling salty ginger chives meat peanut in rice wrap steamed.
1 bowl of rice, with a bit of meat.
I am feeling the toll of salty foods; dark shade under my eye, sleepy all day.
15:00 250 ml water
16:00 41g cheetos [from a classmate]
22:00 1 banana, 800 ml (8 oranges), 0.25 tsp of potato starch
00:00 - 6:10
---

Fri June 12, 2015 (not Wai Items)
6:10 snooze
7:30 wake
10:00 40 almonds
12:00 5 small pieces of oxtail in rice noodle soup, beansprouts, ~1 tsp spring onions, 0.25 lime juice. [restaurant not by choice, food was by choice, wants to gain weight]
16:00 I can't eat anything salty. I am cringing from the saltiness currently can feel saltiness (maybe msg ness) in saliva and I feel really awful currently. Head to table, want a nap, can't nap, because stomach and kidneys are talking, it doesn't know what to do with the excess salt and food. I really want chocolate, doubt it will make a difference to my situation.
19:00 1 banana, 900ml (9 oranges)
23:00 10-12 chocolate chip cookies (can't count, cookies were broken and crumbled)
00:00 - 8:40
---

Sat June 13, 2015 (Wai Items)
8:40 wake, 42kg, finally.
10:00 1 banana
13:44 1 banana, 700ml (7 oranges) | {I did crave cookies but ate fruits instead. Still crave cookies.}
18:30 ~50-60 almonds? [I ate while I played computer games, so snacking until the container was empty.] {still crave cookies.}
19:45 750 ml (3 oranges + 3 large oranges), 2 round slices of fresh pineapple
00:00 - 8:56
---

Sun June 14, 2015
8:56 wake
*
9:30 1 banana, 700ml (3 oranges + 3 large oranges)
*
*
12:30 1 banana, 3 oranges ruminants discarded.
*
*
*
20:35** 1 banana, 1 cucumber, 200 g salmon exterior steamed, 75ml (1 orange)
---
Challenges:
*1) Chocolate chip cookies in the cupboard; I keep opening the door looking for snacks. Almonds sit beside them, but it is the cookies that I am after.
**2) no time to defrost, interiors pink.

Mon June 15, 2015 (not Wai items)
7:36 snooze
8:10 wake, 41 kg.
9:00 1 banana, 300 ml oj (3 oranges)
13:00 1 banana, 3 entire oranges
16:30 470 ml? orange pineapple smoothie [store bought, might be fake juice]
20:45 1 mango creme biscuit [from a classmate]
21:30 [shopping]
22:00 50 g spicy beef shank, 1 slice of chocolate cake [by choice]
23:30 4 chocolate chip cookies*, 500 ml water
00:00 - 7:20
---
* it tasted too salty to me.
Challenge & Curiosity.
1) I went to an asian supermarket nearby with a friend after classes (Cf).
Cf: Let's go to that supermarket because I really want to get their spicy sauce.
Cf: Do you want a shopping cart? You should get one too.
A: Uh sure, I'll take one.
Cf: [picks up many items.] Hey why don't you buy something, your cart is empty.
A: I am still looking.
Cf: Hey do you eat these? Picks up a soy (guessing it is soy sauce) drenched looking meat.
A: Not really, it is all brown and mucky looking. I think I only tried duck wings from there one time.
Cf: I don't know what that is either.
Cf [picks up popsicle adds it to her cart.]
A: [I picked up beef shank, I have not had their spicy dish in a while.]
Cf: picks up kelp from the fridge next to the kimchi.
A: How do you eat that?
Cf: I heat it in a few minutes under boiling water and then I make a side dish.
I add spicy sauce, salt...etc.
Cf: Do you know how to cook?
A: not really (utterly lying), that is why I have this in my cart, store-made foods [points to beef shank].
[In the sauce aisle, I got a 0.5L bottle of sushi vinegar.]
Cf: Why so much?
A: I like the taste of it, I use it a lot to make sushi ( I don't).
Cf: You don't put in the whole bottle do you?
A: No, just 1 to 1 sugar and vinegar, 1 spoon of sugar to 1 spoon of vinegar and maybe a pinch of salt (i seldom add).
Cf: How did you know all that?
A: It says on the sushi rice bag to make the sauce that way.
[In the seafood aisle, I got a box of surfclams.]
Cf: It is so expensive. How many pieces?
A: Maybe 40? I think it works out to be a piece of chocolate per surfclam.
Cf: [picks up a box adds it to her cart.] How do you eat these?
A: raw.
Cf: Raw? Are you sure, looks at the box. Where did you get that idea from?
A: They put it on top of the sushi rice in the sushi stores, and wrap a piece of seaweed around it.
Cf: Hmm, I think salmon would taste better with sushi.
Cf: Guess it is okay, the box says you can eat it plain or just cook it.
Cf: Do you need salmon? [Points to the smoked salmon in the sushi fridge as well as to the fake crab meats]
A: I buy it fresh from there, points to the seafood area.
Cf: Are you sure that is safe?
A: Sushi grade is frozen for 10 days in a freezer, (at least from my knowledge of reading).
Cf: [And? looks at me as if I should still buy smoked salmon.]
A: and I buy them fresh when they bring out the fish.
Cf: but wouldn't it be contaminated?
A: Salmon in package is probably similar to fresh salmon, both comes from the same waters.
Cf: I guess you like seafood.
We looked at each others cart.
I was trying to be normal (i.e. not a million oranges in a cart) and I stocked up on sushi material, surfclams, seaweed, vinegar.
Her cart had popsicles, noodles, sauce, sauce, sauce, kelp, surfclams.

Motivation: Because I ate packaged food already in the evening, I lost my motivation to continue eating fresh stuff, so I ate the chocolate cake that was left over in the fridge.
